Dune Pointe 201: MISS IKKE UD! UTROLIG BEACH CONDO GRATIS BEACH SERVICE og mere

Thank you for your kind review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the peaceful setting on the Emerald Coast and had a great stay overall. We appreciate you mentioning there were just a few minor things, and we’d always welcome any additional feedback you’d like to share. We’d love to host you again in the future!

Thank you for your honest feedback and for highlighting what you enjoyed—we’re so glad you loved the views, beach access, and amenities like the gated parking and washer/dryer. We sincerely apologize for the issue you encountered with the bedding. That’s certainly not the standard we aim for, and we’ll be addressing this with our cleaning team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Regarding the pool, it is heated during the winter months (December through March). Once April arrives, the heating is turned off, which is why it may have felt quite cold during your stay. We truly appreciate your understanding and are happy to hear you still had an enjoyable visit overall. We’d love to host you again in the future!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry your experience did not meet your expectations. Our check-in window begins at 4:00 PM, and while we always strive to have accommodations ready as close to that time as possible, arrival at exactly 4:00 PM cannot be guaranteed. During busy turnover days, it may take a little longer, and we appreciate our guests' patience as our housekeeping team works to ensure each property is properly cleaned and prepared. We understand that waiting is frustrating and apologize for the delay you experienced. Regarding the broken chair and the laundry room shelf, we sincerely apologize for those issues. However, it appears the collapsed shelf was not reported to our team during your stay. Had we been made aware, we would have dispatched our maintenance team immediately to address the problem, just as we do with any maintenance concern reported by our guests. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our maintenance and communication processes. We regret that your stay did not leave you with a better impression and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Thank you so much for the kind words about the property and condo — we're glad to hear you found everything well-maintained and relaxing! We’re sorry for the inconvenience with the multiple access codes — we completely understand how that can be frustrating, especially during a short stay. Just to clarify, we don’t control the codes for the entire property (like gates or pool areas); we only manage the code for the condo door itself. For security reasons, we’re not able to match it with the other codes, as that would risk allowing general access to the unit. We really appreciate your feedback and hope it didn’t take away too much from your overall experience. We'd love to host you again in the future!
