The active homestead is off-the-grid and located down a 3 mile, county maintained gravel road. This awesome duplex comes with a living room featuring a sectional sofa, perfect for extra guests, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and your own private patio with a patio swing, picnic table, and pellet smoker surrounded by raised garden beds.
