Your Palm Beach adventure begins at this superb oceanfront building, 2-bedroom condo, steps to the beach, pool, walking to dining and shopping.
Enjoy a beautifully remodeled condo at the Imperial House in South Palm Beach Florida. The Imperial House is a well-maintained ocean front building in South Palm Beach. This two-bedroom one bathroom unit has plenty of room to be your vacation hotspot or year-round residents.
The kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops, garbage disposal, stainless appliances including pots and pans, dishes, glasses and cookware. The bathroom has been completely remodeled including a beautiful marble shower, vanity sink and toilet.
There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a view of the ocean and includes two twin size beds which could be pushed together to make a king bed, a large mirrored closet with built in drawers and shelves. The second bedroom includes a king size bed, television and large closets.
The bathroom has been completely remodeled including a beautiful marble shower, vanity sink and toilet.
The living room has a new sectional sofa and a 48 inch flat screen cable television with DVD player.
There is also a washing machine and dryer in the unit for your convenience. This unit also has central air-conditioning.
The entire unit features porcelain wood plank tile. To the west is a large balcony for evening dinners and to view the sunsets.
The well-maintained building features an inground saltwater pool, private beach access and an upper sun deck to soak in sun or gaze at the Atlantic Ocean with amazing panoramic views.
Enjoy a stroll one block to Plaza Del Mar with a variety of nice restaurants to choose from. Publix, Chico's, Evelyn and Arthur clothing store, a nail salon, ice cream shop and more.
