The massive master bedroom has a king sized bed and walk in closet as well as a dedicated work space. There's enough space to add another bed or air mattress.

The other 2 rooms are decently sized with full- size beds. The second bedroom has a TV.

The full bath has a tub shower combo, and the half bath is home to the washer and dryer.

The kitchen is stocked with the essentials (flatware, utensils, and cookware).

I really struggled with arranging the living room. The TV and couch locations were tricky. I wouldn't be offended if you wanted to carefully rearrange.

Please refrain from entering the garage. There is an issue with the door, and it is used to store remodeling materials.
Other things to note
Garbage goes in the dumpster in the alley.
