The house was clean and overall it was fine. There was no where to hang wet towels in the bathroom so some hooks or towel bars would have been helpful. There were no cookie sheets or pizza pans which would have been helpful for making a frozen pizza. The tv’s in the bedrooms did not work. Or maybe they just needed instructions. Also a keurig would have been a nice addition to the coffee maker. Aside from these minor complaints we enjoyed our visit!

My wife, son and I came in town for a week for the Cal Ripken baseball tournament experience. This is a great location right around everything on the main strip, but it's also tucked away up on a hill to give you privacy with your own cottage. This place has all the comforts of home (especially the lazy boy rocking chairs) without the high price that most resorts in the area charge. Very high value VRBO!!!!Jason

It was an older property, but still super clean. We will definitely try and stay here again as it was an amazing location. We parked our car and walked the whole weekend for the car show. The host was great with communication when we had questions before our stay.

Amazing place to stay for a couple days. Right off the strip but up a hill so it’s not noisy. Quaint little house perfect for our family of 4 and dog. Hostess was quick and efficient with communication. Would definitely stay here again. King bed and was very comfortable if you were wondering:)

This was our first time staying at this property. Reading 'walkability' was a perk as it is very busy at this end of the main street thru Pigeon Forge. However,,,after booking, it stated, a 100 ft drive up on the 'one lane driveway' to the property,,,,and yes, you can walk down to the road and then walk the strip, Not an issue with younger renters. The house was very nice, clean, and liked it alot. Our SUV could use the turn around spot to go down the lane with no problems. You are sorta (not real) high, but a great view nightly of the Dollywood fireworks,, if you have kids, they would love seeing them. I texted the owner and he responded with a nice text, so I believe if you had a problem he would be very accommodating. We had a nice trip and I would recommend it to all who believe it sounds like a place you would like to stay and enjoy your vacation.

This was our second time staying at Bonnie’s place and I would definitely come back. It’s for sure one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed and the location is wonderful. Communication with host is great. Would love to come back.
