My family and our Aussie loved our stay! The trails nearby, running track and proximity to downtown was very convenient. The house was perfect for our family and exactly as described. Thank you!

We had a party of 5 women and wanted a place for all of us to stay in the same space. The number of beds was perfect, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, and friendly. Overall we had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Location and house layout were perfect for our stay. Fenced backyard was a great benefit for allowing our pet to enjoy being outside.

Great spot, quiet neighborhood

Loved our stay, it was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Definitely the nicest place we’ve stayed that was dog-friendly! Easy bike ride into downtown and super easy access to connector mtb trails into Slaughter Pen.

Awesome location! Comfortable beds. Nice house with the exception of the tiny master shower and loud washer and dryer.

The inside of the home was nice and well kept. The outside was not as nicely maintained. There is just gravel for a driveway, all the grass in the yard was dead. Outside had a lingering bad odor.

Pet friendly - we brought well behaved dog and parrot. The fenced back. Yard was great for pet. Close to downtown and crystal bridges.

The house was perfect for us. Mountain bike/hike trails. A block away, walking distance to grocery store and a good back yard for our dog. Easy walk to down town or dog park. Quiet location and friendly neighbors. All was as advertised with the property and host provided good communication. Will use the property again if back in Bentonville.

Place had everything and was very nice but the backyard for our dog was unkept.

Accurate pictures!

Often we travel & arrive & the actual house is vastly different from the pictures. This was a great space, clean & we loved the open floor plan & actual space that was reflective of the listing. Well-appointed with plenty of seating & a big table & lots of kitchen storage for us to enjoy Thanksgiving together with family that traveled. Great location close to everything & comfortable beds. There wasn’t many tools we missed in the kitchen with plenty of utensils and dishes.

House was very conveniently located between Slaughter Pen and Coler mountain bike areas. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My boys especially liked the oversized bunk beds in the one bedroom. Although there isn't a garage to store bikes, there is a decent sized shed in the back with a bike rack and it was great for getting them out of the rain and to lock them up.

A lovely, roomy property. Very clean and nice modern comfortable furniture and decor. We appreciated board games, toiletries, coffee supplies and enough towels. Best communication I’ve had in a holiday rental. Very convenient location. My family (spouse, 3 teens and grandparents) all loved the house!
