Nestled directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Gulf Shores' West Beach, this stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bath beachfront house is your ideal getaway for a much-deserved vacation. With its prime location, it offers a serene escape, where the gentle sound of waves serves as your constant backdrop.

The main highlight of this beach home is its direct access to the beautiful white sandy beach, allowing you to savor the majestic views of the Gulf from the expansive back deck—a perfect spot for morning coffees or sunset gatherings.

The Primary suite is a true retreat, featuring a cozy King bed and a flat-screen TV, providing a comfortable space to unwind after a day in the sun. Enjoy picturesque views of the Gulf from the private balcony, along with the convenience of a private bathroom with a shower and tub combo.

The second bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests, featuring two Twin beds, its own private bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom offers another King bed and a flat-screen TV, ensuring comfort and relaxation for all. Overall, this delightful beach house comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

The living and kitchen area is designed with an open and airy concept, enhancing the beachside ambiance. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV for entertainment, while a full-sized washer and dryer add to the convenience of your stay. Stay connected with the outside world as you enjoy your beachfront paradise, thanks to wireless WiFi available throughout the house.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

What a wonderful getaway! We had a great time at Southern Comfort by the Sea in Gulf Shores. The home was just what we were looking for — right on the beach but not too big (as far as beach houses go). Clean and comfortable living space with 2 decks offering awesome views of the beach and the Gulf. The location was perfect as well. Very close to restaurants, shops and the main shopping area. But nothing compares to the white sand and blue waters just steps away from your back door.

The location and view of the Gulf was excellent. We were able to see dolphins in the morning. There were a few maintenance issues, but they were taken care of in a very timely manner. Awesome stay!

Beach was awesome just high rip currents no biggie Was pretty clean Furniture needs some up dating TVs were not great at all couldn’t hardly watch anything TVs shut off on there own WiFi not great Love all th local shops Balcony’s were awesome Grill was very rusted didn’t use Overall my family had an awesome spring break from Michigan !!

Upon entry our code was not correct, the lock battery died and we waited 2 hours to get into the property (11pm). The unit needs TLC, master fan did not work, twin BR TV did not work & tub was dirty. The kitchen pans were dusty and most of the dishes & glassware are chipped. No extra blankets or TP, no beach towels, beach chairs or umbrellas. It is right on the beach however. A little TLC would go a long way in this unit.

We’ve addressed the lock (battery replaced and arrival-day lock checks added) and shared the rest of your notes with maintenance and housekeeping. We’ll repair or replace the master fan and the bedroom TV, perform a deep clean of the tub, replace chipped dishes/glassware and dusty pans, and restock extra blankets, toilet paper, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Location was amazing, direct beach access and beautiful views.House would have been great if the issues were handled better by the management company Liquid Life.A/C to the second floor was broken. So my family had to share one bedroom on the main floor since it had A/C. We couldn’t use 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the master balcony etc for 4 days. The management company told me this was a known issue before my stay and someone should have called us. Bunch of other little issues like WiFi had to be reset multiple times, stove burners weren’t hooked up, etc. After days of arguing with the property management company they offered me about a 20% refund. They did offer to move us to condos without direct beach access. We decided to stay there and make the best of it due to the great location and steps to beach. On day 4 when AC was fixed (only took the hvac company about 20 min to fix) we got to enjoy the full house which was much nicer. That’s why I bumped up to 3 stars.

Rodents, leaks on the first floor, broken furniture, and no Wi-Fi for multiple days. When we checked in, the wifi didn't work, and two porch chairs were broken. The management company said that they couldn't contact the owners on the weekends, so we had to live with it. The management company came twice. The first time to take away the chairs and reset the wifi. The second time to tell us that the electricity was out on an entire side of the house. Last night we saw rodents running through the main room. We could hear the rats in the walls at night and saw their droppings, but hadn't seen them. Finally, on the last night, it rained hard, and water leaked from the ceiling on the first floor into my open suitcase. There were multiple water marks on the ceiling so this wasn't the first time they had a leak. The railing from the deck to the beach is off the posts and all of the railings are loose and quite dangerous. There are multiple screws that need to be nailed down to prevent injury. Despite multiple calls to the management company, no one has addressed these concerns.

I’ve escalated everything to our operations and owner for immediate investigation and corrective action: - Schedule a professional pest-control treatment, remove droppings, sanitize affected areas, and inspect/seal rodent entry points. - Inspect and repair the ceiling/roof/plumbing source of the leak, remediate water damage, and review preventive maintenance for recurring marks. - Inspect and secure/replace the deck railings and address any loose fasteners to ensure guest safety. - Repair or replace broken furniture and porch chairs; perform a full safety check of all furnishings. - Diagnose the Wi‑Fi outage and router/equipment; work with the provider to restore reliable service and prevent future multi-day outages. - Investigate the reported electrical outage with an electrician and the utility provider; confirm the electrical system is safe and code-compliant. - Review our on-call and owner-communication procedures so issues on weekends are handled more promptly and our messaging/response practices improve. We will review your stay for appropriate compensation after our investigation. Please share photos, timestamps, and any inventory of damaged items through your Vrbo message thread so we can document everything and follow up. Again, I’m very sorry for how this affected your trip and appreciate the feedback.
