NO PARTY HOUSE: This property is not for parties or special events. Violators will be immediately kicked out without a refund.

House Rules & Policies:

No Smoking: Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. A $150 fine will apply for smoking indoors. Smoking is only allowed in the backyard. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the trash, not on the ground.
Parking: Guests can park up to 2 cars on the driveway. Or on the street. No garage parking.
Shoes: Please remove shoes in carpeted areas and upstairs.
No Pets or Visitors: This is a pet-free home, and visitors or gatherings are not allowed.
Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours after 9 PM to ensure the comfort of our neighbors.

Full access to the house.
You can park 2 cars on the driveway.
No access to the garage.
Important information for you stay :
Address Information: The address listed is incorrect. The correct address is just 3 minutes away from the listed location. We will send the correct address and entry code on the day of check-in for privacy and security.
Security Cameras: The home is monitored by security cameras 24/7.
Temperature Settings: Do not set the thermostat below 70°F (21°C) from May 1 to September 30 to avoid damage to the air conditioning system. You will be responsible for repair costs ($400–$900) if the system breaks.
Damages: If you accidentally break or damage anything, please notify us immediately so we can assess whether repairs or replacements are needed. You will be responsible for any necessary repairs/replacements.
Check-Out Procedures:
Place all used towels in the basket (damaged towels will incur a $10 charge).
Gather your trash and dispose of it in the large bins. A $25 fee will be charged if this is not done.
Check-in time is any time after 3 PM, and check-out is promptly at 11 AM. Late checkout fees will apply ($25 starting at 11:05 AM).
Additional Cleaning Fee: A $100 cleaning fee applies for stays longer than 7 days.
Guest Confirmation: Please confirm the total number of guests prior to check-in. Extra guests not included in the original booking cannot stay. The host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without refund if extra, unregistered guests are found.
By booking this property, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions listed. Violations of house rules (including parties, smoking, pets, or incorrect guest count) will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit. Please conduct a walkthrough upon check-in and notify me immediately if there are any issues. The condition of the house is as-is, so we kindly ask that you refrain from raising any concerns about it after check-in.
