Denne villa findes ved slutningen af en blind vej i et roligt boligområde i Binibeca. Det er kun en kort gåtur fra en af Menorcas smukkeste sandbuger omgivet af modne haver og bagved på skovklædt grønt bælte. Denne ejendom i delt plan har en stor overdækket terrasse med udsigt over fyrretræer, den store pool og solterrasse og er perfekt til udendørs spisning. Poolterrassen giver også en anden udendørs spiseplads og grill. De terrasserede haver med fyr, oliven og palmer giver velkomstskygge fra sommerens varme for dem, der foretrækker. Det coole interiør er smukt og komfortabelt møbleret og er godt udstyret med tv på engelsk, DVD og CD-afspillere og wi-fi.

Just be aware that two of the bedrooms are conjoined and one of the double rooms is accessible through a twin. Good for a family with children but not for separate couples. There are quite a few steps which wasn’t an issue for us but could be for someone with mobility issues. Generally, the villa, location and surroundings are amazing - the pool is a absolutely lovely, the surroundings are quiet, leafy and spacious, and the short walk to the stunning beach is almost all under the shade of trees. Generally it was a great villa and there was something for all of our multigenerational party.

thank you for this great review Katie….yes…as stated in the description, one twin room is connected to one double…this has proved ideal for a couple with young children or indeed, siblings who do not mind adjoined rooms. There is also a separate double en-suite and a separate twin room. I totally agree that the villa is in an ideal position, walking along the shady footpath and crossing over to one of the most loved sandy bays on the island is one of the highlights of the unique position of this villa and there is both sun and shade for all to enjoy.

The villa is beautiful with the best pool we’ve had in any villa in Menorca. There is a little path leading from the pool to the road and then the beach is just across. So convenient for morning swims. We happened to be there when the heat and humidity was crazy so air con in the main areas of the villa would have been ideal rather than just in the bedrooms but it did allow us to sleep.The villa is really well kitted out with everything you could ever need. Lovely kitchen and living space. The host also left a really generous welcome pack including wine, beer, coffee, tea and milk.Two of the bedrooms are up some steps which might not be ideal for smaller children but don’t affect us.Overall just wonderful holiday - we didn’t want to leave.

Thank you for this lovely review, I am very pleased Anna enjoyed the early morning swims when it is very often possible to have the beach to yourselves. I am very proud of my swimming pool that was renovated just a couple of years ago and particularly love the lounging platform for just lying in the water. When airconditioning was installed a few years ago I decided not to put this in the living area as the french doors are generally always wide open during the summer, and it is easy enough to jump in the pool to cool off. I have heard that there was an exceptional heatwave this summer which must have been during Anna’s visit. I would like to thank Anna for looking after my villa and I would be happy to welcome her and her family on another occasion.

Fantastic Binibeca villa

Great villa in fantastic location. Clean, spacious, brlliant pool for our kids, close to a beautiful beach and many lovely restaurants in easy walking distance. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Fantastic

We absolutely loved our stay here. The outside area is amazing, with a lovely pool & garden. We found the entire set up to be so relaxing and enjoyable Location is great, just a few minutes walk to the beach, bars, restaurants & shops There is no doubt that we will be booking again!

Wonderful stay in villa

Helen and Ian’s house was just perfect - even better than the listing! Ian met us and made us feel really welcome the villa was lovely with a fabulous pool and just a five minute walk from a lovely beach and choice of restaurants. Thoroughly recommend staying here it was lovely and just what was needed. Thank you both

Lovely villa

We were a party of 3 couples and the villa was absolutely ideal for us. The outdoor space is excellent with lots of space to sit and chat or gather round the able for a meal. It was easy to cook “at home” in the well equipped kitchen or the barbecue. We all agreed that the villa was just lovely and Helen was so helpful with local information.

The house is very nice and well priced. The beach of the town is very close! One of the bedrooms with ensuite bath is accessed through another bedroom. Might not be clear from description. Wasn’t an issue from us but that bathroom has an open shower which gets the whole interior wet. The living room and dining room are good for 6-8 people. There are mosquitos so we didn’t use the terrace for breakfast or dinner - just plan ahead with bug spray. The house has a nice land but the grass is not watered so it’s extremely dry and filled with old branches. If you have kids that want to play soccer or something, it’s not conducive. They will love the pool though.

A lovely week in this spacious villa

Our second stay in this lovely villa, so convenient with the beach, restaurants and shop all within easy walking distance. Helen’s welcome pack was very useful and the addition of aircon to the villa since our last visit was greatly appreciated. The pool and gardens are lovely and we spotted one of the tortoises. We will be back again I am sure.

Home from home

We had the pleasure of spending 3 weeks at the villa whilst in Menorca for our daughter’s wedding. The villa is set in an ideal location close to the beach & restaurants. Surrounded within beautiful grounds the pool is the perfect place to cool down after a day in the sunshine. The villa is well equipped and Helen was great to communicate with throughout our booking. If ever we are in Menorca again we’ll certainly come back.

Beautiful villa, ideal location

We had a lovely stay in Helen's beautiful villa - it really is as nice as it looks in the pictures! The covered outside area is great and the pool was fantastic - bigger than we expected and very clean. Our party was 2 families with 5 kids under the age of 10 (inc a baby) and location of the villa is ideal, very close to Binibeca beach and a short walk to amenities / restaurants. Helen was a great host and her villa feels like a home rather than a souless holiday let. Highly recommend!

Paradise!

Our stay was absolute perfection. Helen the host was so friendly and informative. The house is gorgeous and very comfortable, attractive terrace with big table for family meals in the open. Lovely quiet location but within easy reach of shops, restaurants and beach. Beautiful pool, great size and spotlessly clean. We spotted a couple of tortoises on several occasions. Would love to return in the near future.

It was lovely to meet Justin and his family and I thank them for taking such great care of my villa, it would be a pleasure to welcome them back on a future occasion. One of the best features of the villa is it’s position that is both secluded and private but also within very easy walking distance of many good restaurants, bars, small supermarkets, and also the beach and water sports such as diving and kayaking. I am very pleased Justin and his family enjoyed their holiday.

Fantastic

We had a great time at the villa, it is in a great location and not over looked. Youngest visitor was 8 months to 55 years. On leaving by the back gate there is a play ground which was great for my other 2 grandchildren who are 6 years and 4 years. Helen was there when we arrived and couldn't have been more friendlier. Only draw back is no air conditioning which we missed, but would definitely return if this improvement was made. Other wise a great holiday was enjoyed by all.

Thank you for this kind review, I am really pleased you all had such a good time. Temperatures have been hotter than usual this July and there has been a heatwave throughout the whole of Europe. I will be considering aircon for next year.

Perfect location

We have just stayed at Helen's villa for 2 weeks having rented in Menorca 6 times over the years. It was the best location and the best villa by far. Loads of outdoor but shaded space as well as two areas for entertaining (we have lots of friends who come to the island so we entertain a bit). The villa is really well equipped (way better than anywhere else we've been to for more) and Helen and Ian could not have done more to make our stay perfect. The beach really is a 2 minute walk from the back garden which worked really well. Our children are 13 and 8 and loved the pool and the separate living areas. We're not returning to Menorca next year but would absolutely book it again in future years. Helen is very knowledgeable about the island having lived there for years and this is a real bonus. We loved it and her and Tiny the Tortoise

Villa Binibequer

House brilliantly situated in a very quiet area but also so close to the beach and restaurants. Perfect. House really nice and outside patio and pool areas were excellent. So easy to get in and out of the pool with the new steps. Only two things - one of the air conditioning units in one of the bedrooms leaked but was fixed the next day. Secondly, there is no reference in thecdetails that there are about 20 steps from the road to the front door. This might catch out people with mobility issues. I have an amputated leg above the knee and wear a prosthesis but I was able to get down them with my two crutches. Others might not be so fortunate.

I am very pleased these guests enjoyed their holiday in my villa and benefitted from the new layout of the pool with the stairs making access much easier. Although the villa is not recommended for disabled and is stated to be on multiple levels I am sorry there was no mention of the 17 steps down to the house. If I had been made aware of the guest”s leg when booking I would have talked this through….I will make sure this is now added to the description. I very much hope they will return another year and was sorry to have missed them on this occasion, we maintained a good communication throughout their stay.

Idyllic villa and location

On arrival as we walked down the steps to the villa, our breath was taken away by the sight of the glistening blue pool, beautiful greenery and the terrace surrounding the villa - it was even more beautiful then the website photos. Helen was there to greet us and show us around, it was lovely to meet her after the numerous emails answering lots of my random questions !! We were a family of 5 that included my 10 month granddaughter. The villa was spotless ( a credit to Helen and her cleaning team ) very spacious with a beautiful well equipped kitchen that was a pleasure to cook in whilst on holiday. There are so many lovely areas around the villa but my favourite was the upper terrace and having the safety gate made this a lovely area for my granddaughter to whizz around in her hired baby walker. Binibeca is a beautiful small resort and the closeness of this villa to the beautiful beach makes this the perfect rental. Thank you once again Helen for allowing us to rent your wonderful home.

A wonderful holiday Villa. Very clean, furnished well, comfortable and very well equipped. Our host, Helen supported by Tara were very communicative and helpful. The pool is very beautiful as are the palms and gardens. A good sized veranda for family meals on an evening. Literally 2 min walk to a stunning beach and bay. Short walk to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Peaceful and beautiful resort.Couple of things to note (but not criticisms) - you need to go through the third bedroom to get to the fourth which is great for families but possibly not so much for a group of friends. Aircon in all of the bedrooms but not in the living or kitchen area.Would happily return to this Villa.

Great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings

The house is well appointed with a great outdoor area and pool. The location is fantastic the nearest beach is a short 4 min stroll away. There is a lovely choice of restaurants in Calet Torret providing plenty of variety and good service. Cala Mar and Taberna del Corso we enjoyed along with The Bakery which was an excellent spot for breakfast.

Fantastic Villa

This Villa is Fantastic! I have recently returned from staying in this villa and can honestly say it is everything you could wish for and more. I was with my family (4 Adults 3 Children) and we were more than comfortable. The first impressions were breath taking, the size and cleanliness of the pool all great. Its location is perfect added with the seclusion just makes the place . A short walk to a lovely beach (which can get quite busy) as well as a few restaurants and supermarkets in either direction makes eating out or in ideal. As for the Host's (Helen & Ian) they were great and ensured our weeks holiday was perfect. I will booking this place again for next year

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay in Helen's villa. There was plenty of outdoor space perfect for us as a group with teenagers and it was very private and very peaceful as well as really pretty. The listing doesn't specify (I don't think) but every bedroom does actually have air con which was a very nice surprise and very welcome in July ! The location is perfect - the beach is practically at the end of the garden and there are lots of shops and restaurants near by. I have been to Menorca many many times but this is the nicest place I've stayed - it feels like a home not a soul-less holiday let and we would love to come again

Aussergewöhnlich

Tolles Haus. Die Veranda ist einzigartig, zum verweilen bis spät Abends, da sie windgeschützt ist. Der Pool wurde neu gemacht! Liegestühle und grosse Sonnenschirme, sowie Badetücher waren vorhanden. Neu hat es eine Aircondition. Die nähe zum Strand ist ideal nur 3 Minuten zu Fuss. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .

Outstanding location

The house is a great location and is very well maintained. The owner personally welcomed us and made us feel very comfortable. All really good and Menorca is a lovely destination.

Originally from the UK, Kent area, I have lived in Menorca for 35 years, running a harbour side restaurant with my husband and raising my family, who have now all grown and flown the nest.
I now dedicate myself to improving my property in Binibeca in the winters and visiting my family during the summer whilst my house is enjoyed by others.

The mature gardens and split levels of this property provide several different areas to relax, dine, sunbathe or simply while away the time with a book in the hammock under the trees listening to the birds.

The unique benefits of this property are definately found in its location. It is so close to the beach you can hear the waves on a breezy day. This proximity to both beach and all amenities make car rental a personal choice and not a necessity, yet it is quiet and secluded surrounded by pines and wild olive trees. There are both sunny and shaded areas within the garden making it ideal for all preferences and age groups.
