We want to clarify that the hot tub was fully drained, sanitized, and refilled prior to your arrival, and the filter was also thoroughly cleaned. A photo of the drained tub was taken for our records. Additionally, we leave chlorine for guests to add nightly to help maintain chemical balance during the stay. We did not receive any communication about concerns with the hot tub during your visit. Had we been made aware, we would have promptly addressed the issue. It’s also important to note that chemical balance can be affected by external elements such as lake or creek water, lotions, or body oils introduced by guests, even in a properly prepared hot tub.
