The hosts kept us well informed from before and throughout our stay. They were patient with us during some minor issues as we learned how to use the electronic door lock. And they were responsive when we communicated with them.

Deborah was a delight to work with - rapid response, clear and concise, and genuinely interested in making our stay the best possible experience. We were very happy with the condo - it exceeded all of our expectations. Deborah's attention to detail and wonderful decorating skills were very much appreciated - my husband was very happy to have access to a turntable and a variety of vinyl records. We would recommend this condo (or any property owned by Deborah and Ron) to anyone who's interested.

Small but cozy condo in a safe and well appointed residential tower. Quick communication with the owner/manager and greatly appreciated. Great for a couple and another adult - tight for more than 3. The security guards couldn’t speak English and we had trouble getting into the property each day and night despite them having our passport copies and a note from the owner - it was very inconvenient as it took about 10-15 minutes each time. Airport close by as we could hear planes in the daytime. Neighborhood mostly quiet at nights. Overall, recommend the place for location and owners.

Outstanding condominium and hosts! Gorgeous views and such a relaxing stay (we stayed for a full two weeks). The location is perfect to get everywhere as we traveled all over the country. Close to the airport and great shopping and food nearby.I do a lot of cooking and was able to cook every day in this lovely kitchen. The in-unit washer/dryer was much appreciated.Large showers and lovely beds and bedding made for a perfect nights sleep. The hosts have a great turntable with a wide variety of records to choose from as well. Parking is covered and there is gated security. My favorite part of the condominium was sitting on the balcony looking at the beautiful San Jose sunsets!We are already booking our next stay!!Thank you Deborah and Ron for an awesome stay!!

Our stay at this location. was absolutely wonderful! The view was breathtaking — the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The staff was also very kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful spot to unwind!

The property is so beautiful! It is a well maintained penthouse with a splendid view from the terrace. Thanks to Deb who is very responsive to questions. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

The home was just as described and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s located with walking distance of local eateries, markets, and a pharmacy. It’s also a short Uber drive from the Central Market in San Jose. The sunsets from the balcony were amazing and the hosts were so responsive. This home is a definite stay!

Exceeded all Expectations

Just a fantastic experience. Deborah and Ron are extremely accommodating hosts & pay attention to every minor detail. Constant communication and making sure things smooth. Very reassuring. The penthouse itself is beyond spacious, with beautiful views of the city and brand new appliances. Everything worked great, hot water in showers, full kitchen, great decor and ambiance. We enjoyed the amenities as well! Started everyday with a workout at the gym and a dip in the infinity pool. Security is top notch also, very safe and quiet area of town. It was a perfect home base for our adventures to limón and Fortuna and exploring downtown San Jose. I was more than delighted with our stay celebrating a friends birthday. Will 110% book again when returning and highly recommend!

Amazing stay in San Jose

We greatly enjoyed our short stay at Deborah & Ron’s beautiful condo. It was very stylish & warm in all rooms & was equipped with all the amenities we needed. The only issue we came across was a drainage issue in the master shower, but the hosts were fast to respond and a maintenance worker fixed the issue swiftly. Thank you Deborah & Ron!

Easy breezy

Good quiet location. Hosts were very responsive throughout our our stay. Clean and well maintained building and facilities. Well equipped kitchen. Showers were awesome. Close to restaurants and grocery by short drive. Definitely stay here again.
