This is a wonderful condo in a great location. Beautifully decorated with an amazing selection of music to enjoy. The hosts are super easy to communicate with and made sure everything went smooth from arriving at security to getting into the condo. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay if you’re in the pavas area.

The hosts kept us well informed from before and throughout our stay. They were patient with us during some minor issues as we learned how to use the electronic door lock. And they were responsive when we communicated with them.

Our stay at this location. was absolutely wonderful! The view was breathtaking — the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The staff was also very kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful spot to unwind!

The home was just as described and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s located with walking distance of local eateries, markets, and a pharmacy. It’s also a short Uber drive from the Central Market in San Jose. The sunsets from the balcony were amazing and the hosts were so responsive. This home is a definite stay!

A nice place with many amenities.We especially liked nhe owners selections of books and music, atypical of most rental units.The host were very helpful on several matters, too!

Deborah was a delight to work with - rapid response, clear and concise, and genuinely interested in making our stay the best possible experience. We were very happy with the condo - it exceeded all of our expectations. Deborah's attention to detail and wonderful decorating skills were very much appreciated - my husband was very happy to have access to a turntable and a variety of vinyl records. We would recommend this condo (or any property owned by Deborah and Ron) to anyone who's interested.

Very nice condo

Our stay was great and the hosts were very responsive every time we had a question.The only problem was that we were provided with the wrong access code when we arrived.

Easy breezy

Good quiet location. Hosts were very responsive throughout our our stay. Clean and well maintained building and facilities. Well equipped kitchen. Showers were awesome. Close to restaurants and grocery by short drive. Definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay in San Jose

We greatly enjoyed our short stay at Deborah & Ron’s beautiful condo. It was very stylish & warm in all rooms & was equipped with all the amenities we needed. The only issue we came across was a drainage issue in the master shower, but the hosts were fast to respond and a maintenance worker fixed the issue swiftly. Thank you Deborah & Ron!

Small but cozy condo in a safe and well appointed residential tower. Quick communication with the owner/manager and greatly appreciated. Great for a couple and another adult - tight for more than 3. The security guards couldn’t speak English and we had trouble getting into the property each day and night despite them having our passport copies and a note from the owner - it was very inconvenient as it took about 10-15 minutes each time. Airport close by as we could hear planes in the daytime. Neighborhood mostly quiet at nights. Overall, recommend the place for location and owners.

Fellow Hosts I Do Not recommend hosting these guests. THE FACTS WITH PROOF: Videos, Pictures, and Written Statements available. 1. “NO HOT WATER”: According to our building manager, condominium neighbors, housekeeper, and the STR guests who checked-out hours before these guests checked-in, there was hot water. The earlier guests wrote “We didn’t have any issues with the hot water, it worked perfectly”. I have a video taken 2 hours after these guests left the property of hot water running in the condo. 2. “OWNER DID NOT SEEM TO CARE”: We are very involved and conscientious hosts. Please note our reviews over the past 4 years. We responded to the guests 25 TIMES in Vrbo messages over 5 days during and after business hours, late night, early morning, and on the weekend. I personally left 3 phone messages to the guest, that were never returned. We investigated their claim of no hot water with our neighbors, building management, and the most recent guests. NOTE: Due to the behavior of the guests, I did not feel comfortable having housekeeping enter my property to directly dispute the guests’ claims. OVERALL EXPERIENCE: These guests were THREATNENING, RUDE, DIRTY, AND BROKE THE HOUSE RULES.

Outstanding condominium and hosts! Gorgeous views and such a relaxing stay (we stayed for a full two weeks). The location is perfect to get everywhere as we traveled all over the country. Close to the airport and great shopping and food nearby.I do a lot of cooking and was able to cook every day in this lovely kitchen. The in-unit washer/dryer was much appreciated.Large showers and lovely beds and bedding made for a perfect nights sleep. The hosts have a great turntable with a wide variety of records to choose from as well. Parking is covered and there is gated security. My favorite part of the condominium was sitting on the balcony looking at the beautiful San Jose sunsets!We are already booking our next stay!!Thank you Deborah and Ron for an awesome stay!!

Exceeded all Expectations

Just a fantastic experience. Deborah and Ron are extremely accommodating hosts & pay attention to every minor detail. Constant communication and making sure things smooth. Very reassuring. The penthouse itself is beyond spacious, with beautiful views of the city and brand new appliances. Everything worked great, hot water in showers, full kitchen, great decor and ambiance. We enjoyed the amenities as well! Started everyday with a workout at the gym and a dip in the infinity pool. Security is top notch also, very safe and quiet area of town. It was a perfect home base for our adventures to limón and Fortuna and exploring downtown San Jose. I was more than delighted with our stay celebrating a friends birthday. Will 110% book again when returning and highly recommend!

The drive to the beaches, volcano, mountains, and nature preserves is spectacular and not to be missed. But, the luxury of the condo, in a quiet neighborhood, offer a perfect vacation break.

We had an excellent stay! The property was exactly as pictured in the listing—everything looked just like the photos, with no surprises. The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable from the moment we arrived.The host was outstanding. Communication was prompt, friendly, and incredibly detailed. Every question we had was answered quickly, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless because of their clear instructions and responsiveness.The location was perfect for our family. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do while still providing a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day out. The home had everything we needed, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay.We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Ron and Deborah's place is better than described and I really enjoyed my stay. Deborah was really great about responding to any questions and really helped me plan ahead of our trip. Excellent host!The kitchen was stocked with every utensil and cooking tool I could ask for, even a Ninja and a blender for fresh morning smoothies! Location was perfect as there are several grocery stores very close buy and great restaurants too. Area is very safe!It took me a minute to get used to grocery and meal deliveries, which you pick up outside the security gate, however I appreciated the extra safety that came with that process. Using a translate app, which the security guards also use, I was able to quickly and easily communicate with them. Make sure you always have your passport with you and know your unit # and you'll have no issues!Beautiful views from the balcony at night and in the morning I was greeted by bright green parakeets playing just beyond the condo balcony. Loved that the balcony ran across the entire unit, from the living room and on to each bedroom. It got warm around 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM, same as it does here in Georgia, but that was when I'd head out for a walk or sit by the pool (which is awesome!). The record collection was the cherry on top. And the washer & dryer made it so easy to pack light. Highly recommend!
