Quiet private location with a balcony and ocean view. While you need a car to get around, it's still close for visiting Monterey or Santa Cruz. The living room furniture is an older style and could be updated to something more comfortable. Also the patio furniture is worn and there's no chairs on the balcony. For the price you pay, I'd prefer updated furniture.

This is a very clean spacious property with great ocean views. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. The only suggestion I would give is to allow guests to park in the garage due to parking limitations. We were okay since we both have small cars and were able to fit both in the driveway. It’s definitely an issue for bigger cars.

A great place to stay with incredible views from the living room windows and balcony. Private access to the beach just minutes away. Highly recommend

We truly enjoyed our stay! The views are just amazing and we slept with the window open and listened to the ocean all night. The home was clean and comfortable. We would definitely come back and 5 out of 5 for us!

All was adequate. We really went for the view, the sunsets were magnificent, and worth the price.The TV is very old and needs replacing, as does the DVD player.The rest of the house was clean and comfy, except for the bedroom lamps with cords that could not reach an outlet.

Beautiful view

We loved our stay! The view is absolutely breath taking! The house has a great fenced deck and patio area. The beach was fairly quiet even on a holiday weekend and the neighborhood was perfect for walks with our two year old. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the pots and pans, they were very tarnished, well used and burnt.

This was a beautiful beach property with stunning views overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Ideally located between Manresa and Sunset Beach—one of my favorite stretches of Northern California coastline—it provided the perfect setting for our family of four to celebrate our daughter’s high school graduation.The cottage was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the wraparound deck, which offered breathtaking panoramic ocean views from every angle. We especially loved the cozy beach-cottage feel of the home, which made it feel both welcoming and peaceful.Beach access is just a short walk from the property and leads to an incredible, uncrowded shoreline. The small beach-house community gives the area a secluded and private feel, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the coast. The only thing to note is that the stairs leading down to the beach are quite steep and may be challenging for very young children, elderly guests, or those with mobility limitations.Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay and create special family memories. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely return. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach cottage with us!

Lovely house w/ an incredible view!

Nice, clean accommodations. Kitchen perfect w/ all the amenities for cooking meals. Large open floor plan made for great relaxation and awesome viewing of the sunsets! Path to beach a bonus, some steep stairs at the end, but totally worth it. Also the wonderful art in the house, I believe was painted by someone in the family, as the artists’ signature has the same last name. That was a nice personal touch and made the house feel complete and cozy. Thank you for the great getaway!!

Great location. Secluded beach area and quiet neighborhood. The steps to beach are steep. Bathrooms and beds were clean but a lot of the kitchen items needed to be washed prior to using. Also only the minimum amount of supplies are available for example only 4 bath towels were available.
