Guest Access:

Check-in is self-serve with a smart lock or key box. You have full access to all the community amenities, though golf and the gym may carry extra fees.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

There is no private pool at the home, but guests have resort access to the community pool and spa at no extra charge. Hours are generally 8:00am to 10:00pm - the HOA can adjust these, so please check the times posted at the pool during your stay.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Resort access, including the community pool and spa, is included at no extra cost.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

There is parking for two vehicles. The HOA does not allow street parking in the community.



NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Pets are not permitted unless arranged with us in advance - please ask before you book if you would like to bring one.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential resort community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.
