Great cozy cabin for our short stay on San Juan Island. Location was convenient to Friday Harbor and for getting around the Island. It was tight quarters for two adults, but sufficient for our needs.

Comfy cabin with a great water view. Good location, close to town but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. Caution for people over about 6 feet tall — toilet access in the bathroom is a bit tight. I think they did the best they could with the space available! Great for a warm weather stay but probably not ideal in the winter; one baseboard heater by the kitchen table and a wall heater in the bathroom. For a late summer visit it was a great choice.

This place was a gem! Nice view of the water, cozy interior. Perfect for the business traveler that wants some peace but needs to be close to town. I very much enjoyed my stay and having coffee while watching the eagles in the morning. Very private.

Quiet, convenient, spotless, well-appointed cottage for our first July 4th holiday visit. Bed super comfortable. Only critique: view could be improved if neighbors would allow tree trimming. Also suggest trimming trees overhanging parking area.

Bring your own cooking supplies. Well equipped kitchen but only salt and pepper. We will return.

Enjoyed our week at this lovely cottage. Clean, quiet and close to town without the noise. Nice beach nearby and lots of wildlife if you are patient. Saw lots of birds and a cute fox one morning.

Quiet little cottage in a great location

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights and we really enjoyed the cottage. It’s well maintained, it’s in a great location…close town and it is nice and quiet.

We travel to San Juan Island often and this will be a great future option for us. We are walkers, so being close to town is important. This place is in a great location, less than a mile straight into Friday Harbor. The place itself is clean and well appointed, albeit on the small side, which was worked fine for us. The main is a tempurpedic...nice! Large yard as nice for sitting outside, bird watching and star gazing. A little red fox lives in the area and greeted us each day which was awesome! The combination of location, quality of the cabin and reasonable pricing make this a great option. We will definitely consider staying here again and highly recommend it for singles/couples.

Cozy Coastline Stay

If you are trying to truly get away and enjoy the beauty of the Pacific Northwest, I hope you consider staying. I would recommend bringing your bikes and riding into town, driving out to the coast to spot some orca whales, stop by the alpaca farm, and enjoy some food on the waterfront. Great stay and we will certainly be visiting again!

Beautiful Cottage

The cherry blossom tree outside the cottage was in bloom and made for a picturesque retreat. I love how close the cottage is to town and to a great beach park! Would highly recommend. It's very clean, comfortable bed and even has a great little fire pit out back :)

We were debating if we wanted to pay extra for this vs a hotel, but it turned out to be so nice. It was very private, and had a great view of the shore (it looks sideways down the beach so you can't see out to sea, but can see water). No beach access though unfortunately. We stayed here on our honeymoon and it was the perfect size for us. It's within a 15-20 minute walk from downtown Friday harbor, which was nice because we couldn't always get an Uber in time for what we needed. We also saw some fun wildlife. Lots of birds, a few deer, and even a fox that ran through! I was always able to get ahold of management when I needed and they were very helpful.

Lovely Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my favorite place to stay in Friday Harbor! I travel to Friday Harbor for work frequently and this little cottage have everything to make my work trips feel like home. The bed is extremely comfortable. The location is perfect (you can walk to the beach or town in 20 minutes or drive in 3-4 minutes!). The house itself is very cozy and there is often wildlife outside in the yard such as deer or the occasional cat. The little kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals but there are also plenty of delicious restaurants in town. The cottage is always impeccably clean and well maintained. I cannot say enough good things about this little home away from home.
