This property is located in the community of Festival Minto Resorts, which offers a community pool with water park, clubhouse, miniature golf, general store, old fashioned ice cream parlor, digital arcade, and sand volleyball courts.



Getting Around:

Festival is located off of I-4/Exit 58. West on ChampionsGate Boulevard to Ronald Reagan Parkway.



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!



Additional Services:

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• Rent a Pack ’n Play for $39 (one-time fee)

• Rent a highchair for $29 (one-time fee)

• Mid-stay cleaning (for stays over 3 nights) is available for an additional fee and must be booked in advance.



House Rules:

Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited in or around the property and may result in a $150 fine and/or forfeiture of the full deposit.

Please check out on time. Late departures will incur a $150 fee per hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

Please clean up after yourselves. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee.

Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of the deposit.

We are not liable for any injuries sustained while using the pool. Please follow all safety guidelines and use at your own risk.

Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home.
