This beautifully decorated coastal retreat invites you to unwind in a kidney-shaped heated pool, fringed with umbrellas and shaded lounge chairs perfect for long, lazy afternoons. From the heated pool, wander to your private dock, where two kayaks, a paddleboard, and two bicycles are yours to enjoy. Launch right from the backyard into beautiful open water for a peaceful paddle through Kettle Harbor — a tranquil 400’ wide bay alive with birds, fish, and the rhythm of the tide. It’s just a short glide to the Intracoastal Waterway, where dolphins often play and adventure begins.
Whether you rent or bring your own boat, you’ll appreciate the 10,000 lb boat lift for effortless access. A short cruise will carry you to Stump Pass, revealing the mesmerizing emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, where sandbars, shells, and sunsets feel like a secret world.
Palm Island is a true rarity, featuring seven miles of pristine Gulf-front beach that feel almost untouched. Grab the provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels, and wander toward the shoreline to discover treasures of shells and sharks’ teeth scattered across the soft sand. Or rent a golf cart from a local vendor and explore in island style, weaving through palms, cottages, and ocean breezes.
Inside the home, the great room opens to screened decks that wrap the entire rear of the house, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living. It’s the perfect place to sip morning coffee, watch coastal birds drift by, or gather for a spectacular sunset show that paints the horizon and lingers long into the night. For additional sleeping space, the living room offers a pull-out sofa, and an air bed is stored in the closet of one of the bedrooms for guest use.
This isn’t just a vacation — it’s that magical, barefoot, salt-kissed island experience you dream about, where every day ends in golden light and every moment feels a little unreal. Take a 4-minute private car ferry ride to paradise, kick back, relax, and enjoy everything our home on Palm Island has to offer.
For dining and island treats, guests have easy access to Rum Bay, a beloved restaurant serving lunch and dinner, and Coconuts, a charming ice cream shop that also carries small convenience groceries. To visit, simply head to the entrance of the island resort. If you're using a golf cart or car, you can park in the main lot and continue on with your golf cart into the resort. If you're arriving by car only, the resort team will gladly provide a complimentary golf-cart ride to Rum Bay or Coconuts and return you afterward. Bicycles may also ride all the way up, but guests should check in at the resort gate first.
For full grocery shopping, Publix and Aldi are located just off the island, making it easy to stock up before heading over. Both stores support Instacart, allowing guests to pre-order groceries for fast and convenient pickup. Instacart drivers do not come onto the island, so this is the easiest way to load up before crossing on the private ferry.
