For the benefit of future guests, I’d like to provide clarification. • Communication: We received limited communication during the stay, aside from a request for a boat ride (not something included in the listing). All information regarding the condo, clubhouse, and dock was shared with Tammy well in advance of her arrival and then resent electronically in the message thread. This included step-by-step written instructions, photos, and even screenshots of maps. When she still experienced difficulty locating the dock and clubhouse, I offered to walk her through the directions by phone. • Dock & Location: The dock is only a one-minute drive from the condo. Directions are clear in both the welcome packet and the listing, and the VRBO map is pinned to the exact location of the property. The path to the clubhouse and dock is also pictured in the listing. Many guests have found these directions easy to follow. • Check-In: Instructions were sent prior to arrival, and check-in is completed via a secure keypad code, making the process simple and convenient. • Listing Accuracy: The condo, clubhouse, and dock are exactly as described and shown in the photos. We work hard to keep the listing accurate and transparent so there are no surprises for our guests. We’re glad Tammy found the condo clean and the location convenient. While it seems her frustration with directions impacted the overall score, we always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if anything is unclear so we can assist immediately.
