This is a wonderful home. It rained one whole day. There are so many great activities to do at the house, the rain did not even bother us at all. This is a great house for adult and children. We would most definitely stay there again.

This rental is awesome for families and friends that love to play games, eat together, and have lots of fun. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, game rooms, kitchen utensils, and everything you need. Hot tub at night was amazing. Golf simulator worked great. Our host was consistently asking if we needed anything. It’s 25 minutes to Asheville. Grocery store is close.

We absolutely adored our stay at this property. It was absolutely spacious and entertaining to keep our large group engaged throughout our trip. The house was beautifully designed and we would definitely love to stay again should another opportunity present itself! While we did not have any children with us, the little playroom down stairs was an adorable touch! Very kid friendly space!

Spacious house and great location to pop into town or go on hikes etc.! Clean upon arrival, and our large family including one toddler enjoyed the different spaces including the “book book.” A few house features were difficult to figure out at the onset which was disappointing — no clear instructions for the golf simulator, a sauna that was not usable while there and with no instructions, and some overgrown shrubs making the stairs difficult to access for some family members. On the whole though, a great find. It seems with a bit more regular upkeep even while being managed by an outside company, that this could be an even more top notch spot!

Cindy, thank you! We're so glad your family, especially your toddler, enjoyed the space. You're right that the golf simulator and the sauna needed clear instructions and the shrubs needed trimming. We've added how-to guides, had the sauna serviced, and scheduled regular landscaping.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home is exactly as described—spacious, clean, and packed with great amenities. The golf simulator, hot tub, sauna, and speakeasy-style space were all highlights and made the trip especially memorable for our group. The layout was perfect for a large group, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and hang out comfortably. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully set up.The host was responsive, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish, which made the whole process seamless.

We loved all of the space for our extended family! From the dedicated crib room to the pack and play in another walk in closet, two dedicated living rooms plus the game room equipped with a golf simulator, pool table and shuffle board table. The hot tub, sauna, and fire pit were also a big hit. The host was VERY responsive to our needs, getting back within minutes with solutions to our inquiries.

Fairview Christmas

We were very pleased with our stay in Fairview, NC. The house accommodated all of our family; the grandchildren had plenty of things to do inside the house. The location was close to the bigger towns for us to go and see the area. Thank you for allowing us to stay at our home. Jo

We received a call the morning of our arrival that the theatre room wouldn’t be available to use during our stay. We were sad to lose the theatre room since the kids were excited about that but - management was very accommodating for this inconvenience and communication was fantastic. The house is great with plenty to do for all ages. The living room couch is bright orange with metal hooks all over it? We honestly couldn’t figure out why and were not comfortable using it. Other than that we loved it - from the poker table to the golf sim we rarely left the house.

Our group of 6 couples had a wonderful weekend in Asheville, and this house provided the perfect amount of space for all 12 of us to spread out. The basement game room was a huge hit and definitely the highlight of the indoor amenities! However, there are a few areas where the guest experience could be elevated to match the beautiful photos in the listing.Areas for Improvement:Guest Comfort & Tech: We struggled quite a bit with the electronics as there was no welcome manual or instructions. It took us about two hours to get the Wi-Fi/TVs functional (which required a manual modem reboot), and we unfortunately never got the sauna to work. Additionally, it was a chilly weekend and we found there were no extra blankets available in the house, which would have been a much-appreciated touch for a group this size.Outdoor Maintenance: The patio is a beautiful space, but it arrived quite "lived in" with heavy leaf debris and mold on the furniture cushions. Kitchen Supplies: While there are plenty of dishes, the cookware isn’t quite "chef-ready" for a group of 12. We struggled with the lack of a large frying pan or baking sheet, and the only large skillet available was heavily burnt. The Bottom Line:The house has fantastic bones and plenty of room for a large gathering without feeling cramped. With a bit more attention to the outdoor upkeep, some extra linens, and a few basic kitchen upgrades, this could easily be a 5-star stay.

Bernadette, thank you for such a detailed and kind review. We're so glad all 12 of you had room to spread out. You're right about the tech instructions, the sauna, the extra blankets, the patio, and the cookware. We've added a welcome guide, extra blankets, and new large pans, and scheduled the sauna and patio upkeep. We'd love to host your group again.
