The Hall of Fame Hideaway is located in the quiet, 100-year old historic Southridge district where families, retirees and students live. Eastwood Park is at the end of the block. A local elementary school is one block north and with the close proximity to OU campus, traffic may be congested on game days or school drop offs and pick-ups. Good news is you're so close to campus you could walk!
Hungry? You'll be within walking distance to Campus Corner or a very short drive to downtown Norman.
Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard. The HVAC closet, water heater closet and attic are off limits to guests.
There is no garage. A total of four compact cars (2-3 trucks or SUVs) may *carefullly* park in the two driveways. Parking in the alley is prohibited as this is the access point for our neighbor's homes. Please avoid street parking so we can be good neighbors!

- The Asian pear trees are real—enjoy views of local wildlife when they stop by for a midnight snack!
- A full linen package and starter supply kit are provided, but you may need to replenish during your stay.

We're looking at you...yes, YOU! We use Truvi's Know Your Guest tool as part of our guest screening process. Truvi is a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to transact confidently. When you make the booking, Truvi will send you a text/email complete the ID Verification.
Your booking confirmation will also include a link to the Rental Agreement. The primary renter must agree to abide and follow these terms and conditions during the entire stay (& share these terms and conditions with all other guests).
*Your booking is NOT confirmed until the ID Verification and Rental Agreement requirements have been fulfilled. These steps need to completed within 48 hours of booking or we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and free up those dates for other guests.
We get it, accidents happen. As part of your stay, a non-refundable damage waiver fee is included to cover accidental damage that may occur during your visit. This waiver protects you from being charged for minor, accidental incidents such as broken glassware, spills, or small damages to furniture, up to a coverage limit of $300. Please note, this waiver does not cover intentional damage, negligence, pet damage, or loss of personal items. If an accident happens during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can quickly plan for any necessary repairs or replacements to ensure the property is ready for the next guest. Rest easy—reporting accidental damage won’t affect your stay, thanks to our damage waiver coverage. By booking with us, you agree to the terms of this damage waiver.
All guests will follow the Good Neighbor Agreement and will:

✔️ Not tamper, disable, block or remove the safety and security devices, such as the smoke alarms, CO alarms, Minut privacy safe noise monitor located in main living room, and Ring video doorbell.
*A Ring video doorbell is located at the front door and points toward the sidewalk, steps, porch, landing, front yard and catches part of the driveway. A second Ring video floodlight is located on the NE corner of the house and points toward the front yard, parking area, and sidewalk. The Rings are a motion sensitive recording device and operational 24/7/365. The host has access to the camera and the video recordings at all times via the Ring app. There are no cameras inside the home.
The home is treated for pests quarterly. During the spring/summer, the lawn is mowed during the week, weather permitting.
