Welcome to our unique space that serves as two properties in one to sleep up to 20 guests.

Named Dells Discovery, our property is two townhomes with a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 baths allow families or groups the opportunity to gather together or split into smaller groups for more privacy. This property is located two blocks from the Riverwalk and less than a 10 minute walk to Broadway Ave where you will find all the fun Downtown WI Dells has to offer!

Large 6 bedroom property with 4 full baths and two half baths that sleeps up to 20 people.
This property is unique being two townhomes( A&B) offered as one unit. There is a door inside connecting the 2 units in the bonus rooms.

PARKING
*Driveway parking - can fit 6-8 cars. There is also street parking available but you must follow local ordinances.


FULL KITCHEN
The kitchen has everything you need to make meals during your stay, including pots, pans, bakeware, mixing bowls, plates, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, salt & pepper packets, spice packets, cooking spray, and more!

COFFEE & TEA
Each townhome has a coffee maker and Keurig mini plus. We provide one bag per side of Bella Goose coffee grounds fresh from their roastery along with starter k-cups. You will also find a tea kettle along with provided green tea bags and both sugar and honey packets.

GRILLS
A Weber gas grill located on the property with extra propane tanks if you should run out. Grilling utensils can be found in the units.

FIRE PIT
Spend your nights around a cozy campfire. This is the perfect way to unwind and relax after a busy day exploring all the Dells has to offer.

NEWLY UPDATED SPRING 2025
We renovated our basement and converted our garages into bonus rooms. Each basement has a mural professionally done by a local artist. Then between the basements and the bonus rooms we added the following:
- Heated garages with epoxy flooring
- 2 foosball tables
- brand new pool table
- 2 basketball arcade games
- 2 full size picnic tables for family style meals
- 3 pub tables and stools
- Jungle gym for kids ages 3-10
- Swing set for kids ages 3-10
- Swing set that kids AND adults can use. Goes great with a cold beverage.
- Adirondack chairs for comfy hangouts in doors or outside
- An inside door that connects the units for more shared fun!

You will have access to both units along with both bonus rooms and outdoor space. Check in instructions with be shared the morning of check in. There are several storage closets we utilize for supplies that are not accessible to guests.
