Hard to find 4 bedroom POOL house in central Los Barriles!! Casa Pina is newly remodeled with 4 bedrooms, all with queen tempur-pedic beds. Upstairs find 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom, along with the primary bedroom with ensuite bath. Downstairs is an additional bedroom and bathroom.
Walk to everything in Los Barriles including the beach with many beach amenities included, like umbrellas, a cooler and chairs! Enjoy starlink for the best reliable internet in the area.

Guests have use of the entire house. The garage is locked, there is street parking within the quiet neighborhood.
Both hosts live and work in Los Barriles. We are available as your concierge and aim to provide you with top notch services!
Bahia Residencial is a new neighborhood in the heart of Los Barriles. The parking is on the street with only one entrance in and out of the neighborhood.
This is a walkable location. Taking a shuttle to the house and then walking is perfect. Should you want to explore further we would recommend a day or two of ATV rental. We can help arrange this if you`d like!
In regards to children: this is a parent choice, but we want you to know there is no pool gate or fence. It is your responsibility to watch your children.
When vacationing in Mexico you may experience random power and water outages. We do our best to warn you if they are planned, but generally rain causes power outages. The house does have a few flashlights. Water and power use should always be conserved.
There is always building happening in baja, we cannot guarantee the status of building around this property.
