Breakfast can be purchased at the front desk for an additional daily charge of $10 per adult and $5 for children. All rentals have a mandatory exit cleaning fee of $40. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property keeps you connected, and our fitness room makes it easy to keep up your workout routine. It also features guest laundry facilities, free parking with large-vehicle spaces, boat docking for a nominal fee and non-smoking. After a restful sleep, wake up with our breakfast or a morning swim in our outdoor pool. Boat docks are also available use the Ramada app. No need to worry forgetting some of your toiletries, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or a fresh bar of soap and body scrubby for that fresh spa like feeling. Laundry is just across the resort in the north building. There is two (connect with App) electric vehicle charging station stations available. Please note - prior to booking there is 24 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. The studio is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, trash bag and soap. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense. Baby crib/changer, highchair and stroller is available upon request one week before check-in. Additional light housekeeping is optional for stays longer than 7+ nights: $40.00.
