Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Policy:
Standard check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
Early check-in requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4 PM.
Late check-out requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each additional hour after 10 AM.

House Policies
Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 fee.
Smoking indoors is prohibited. A $250 fine applies if violated.
Lost & Found: A $25 handling fee plus shipping applies for item returns.
Stays over 21 days require an additional $50 long-term cleaning fee, charged after booking.
Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $50 fee.
