You'll be 2 blocks away from the historic town square which offers shopping and local restaurants. Enjoy a peaceful sleep in our calming bedroom with a king size memory foam bed and black out curtains! Access to our apartment is a breeze with just three exterior stairs leading to your private entrance. Convenient off street parking is located right outside your back door. Check in is made simple with a keypad door lock. The living area offers a comfortable sofa, a smart TV that can be easily connected to your personal accounts, and a dining area for two. High speed Wi-Fi is also included in your stay. Our fully stocked kitchen exudes charm with full-sized appliances and a delightful coffee bar, complete with complimentary supplies. The bedroom is a tranquil retreat, featuring a memory foam king bed, high quality linens and ample storage for your belongings. The apartment itself was cute and clean inside, but wasn’t advertised as accurately as it should’ve been. There’s literally a door next to the headboard of the bed that goes into another dwelling and we left a day early as someone was actually hammering on the other side of the wall before 9 am. The internet and tv didnt work the first night. Not a lot else to do on a Sunday night in Chariton besides keep chasing the feral cats away that make the entire foundation of the apartment their litter box. They are seriously everywhere as is their scat. When I reached out to Amelia about leaving a day early, I never heard back. We’ll be staying elsewhere in town our next time through.

Very cute apartment - perfect for a single or couple. Clean and well appointed - except I (and everyone else) hate Scott TT. I read the previous reviews and brought my own. I was happy it was available for our last minute trip and would gladly stay here again.

Excellent home away from home

We loved this stay, very accurate as depicted. We walked over to Caseys every morning for coffee and to get in a few steps. The apt had everything we needed from night lights to coffee and filters, to shampoo and body wash. Bed was very comfortable and the dark bedroom curtains allowed us to sleep in. Quiet apartment, even with residents on the 2nd floor.

Really great! Except 1 detail.

The place is exactly as described, grtting there, and getting in is easy ss pie. Everything clean, comfortable, and mostly quiet. Im docking two stars for the following reasons:1. VRBO is a premium rental platform, with premium accommodations all over. One thing 99% of owners miss on is toilet paper. Scott industrial/ commercial is provided, the same we give prisoners. I understand TP affects the business bottom line, but there is a world of selections of TP that are affordable, and more user friendly. 2. The bedroom needs a door. A pocket door would work in the location with no compromise on space.Thanks for a great stay, I recommend this unit, and this host.
