The house was beautiful and clean. I had a couple of questions while staying there and was promptly answered when I reached out to the renter. They were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this rental to others.

Great location, great house, great communication!We came into town for our daughter’s medical appointments at Primary Children’s. This location was convenient to the hospital (about 5.5 miles away), convenient to stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean, had great amenities, and an amazing grassy backyard and trampoline for the kids. Highly recommend. We’ll definitely stay here again for future visits.

Our family came to stay for a ski trip and to visit family in the area. We had a very enjoyable stay and Jake our host was welcoming and attentive! The check out process was extremely easy which is always nice with how much there can be to do before catching flights at the end of a trip.

This home is beautiful and clean, neighbors are very friendly we enjoy the fresh smell of cut grass on the times we stay, host is Jake and he is great, easy to get ahold of and work with. The home is so cozy they have games to play outside as well as the trampoline and board games as well as a PS5 for the kids inside and just a warm feel to the area and home itself. We go to State fair for the Demolition Derby every year and when we found this home we try to reserve every year. Home is clean, everything available for you if you were at home expect food of course, easy access to do laundry room, right off the lovey little balcony on the second floor overlooking the back yard, very relaxing. Drive is fairly close to many small store and about 15 min from the mall and if you haven't' tried Pinkbox Dounts it is a must. Hope you enjoy your stay we always do. Thank you Jake again,

We had a great stay at this place. It’s clean and spacious. The host had fast communication and was able to address our asks within a few hours. The location is convenient.

We stayes here for the utah sate fair demolition derby which we drive in now asise from a hot tub agyer being slammed arou d in an arena thaw shower steamer is amazing, rooms are cozy and really enjoyed the house overall and neighborhood friendly and great location woll go again for sure and recommend

Great place for families

Close to everything, backyard is huge and roomy for very active kids to run around in. Felt very safe and secure. Host was great and responsive to child’s active imagination.

Everything about this rental was exceptional. The host was immediately available to address our needs and a pleasure to deal with. The rental was clean, spacious and comfortable. Loved the backyard, fire pit and trampoline for the kids. The beds were super comfortable, the amenities plentiful ( a flat iron and yoga mats for instance). Will definitely be back.

Jake’s home was so great! It was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and had great extras like fun outdoor games, all soaps needed, seasonings, cozy heavy warm throw blankets, laundry detergent and even Qtips! We thoroughly enjoyed the home and will definitely return if we are in the area again! Jake’s communication was also excellent and appreciated. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Convenient location

Jack is very responsive. Supplies are well-stocked. We are happy with our stay. Convenient location to many grocery stores and the cottonwood canyons.

Modern, cute, great individual spaces!

We stayed for a week during a work conference and loved this property! It’s cute, it’s clean and each room has its own temp control. Jake was easy to work with and available, if needed. The backyard is private and we had a great stay!

Our only complaint is having no pantry items such as spices. Great location easy to get in and out of. Host was good to work with.

We had another wonderful stay at this VRBO property. This was actually our second time staying here, and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The home is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained.One of the best parts of this location is how close it is to the ski resorts, which made getting to the slopes quick and easy. After a day of skiing, it was the perfect place to come back to and relax.Jake was also great to communicate with. He is friendly, responsive, and very helpful. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend this property to others. We would happily stay here again in the future.

Ski trip

Great house and location. Close to airport, ski resorts and restaurants. We had 6 adults with plenty of room. Jake is very good at communicating. He checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The host was very responsive and accomodating before and during our trip. When the heat wasn't working properly in one of the bedrooms, he had someone out to service it very quickly. The individual temperature control in every room was a nice feature. The kitchen was terrific. This spacious house was the perfect setting to gather for an intimate celebration of two families joining together for our son's wedding weekend.

Gorgeous home!

My siblings and I had to gather quickly from across the country to see a family member that is not doing well. This was a comfortable place to be together. Oversized bedrooms and a big kitchen provided exactly what we needed.

Perfect stay in Salt Lake City

Family snow trip 2025

The home was lovely and inviting. Everything was set up for us. The owner went out of his way with a kind gesture when we made an inquiry. The location was pretty close to Everything we wanted to see and do and best of all 10 minutes from my best friends house.

We were so impressed with the space but more importantly Jake’s responsiveness. We an issue with the AC and he immediately took action to get it fixed. Wasted no time to get on property and problem solve. We had a few questions and was quick to answer. We were impressed with small details like having kid friendly markers and paper so that we didn’t worry about our 2 year old ruining anything. Other things like having q-tips and plenty of garbage bags for us to use. The backyard space was amazing! We had a view of the mountain tops and a huge tree for shade almost all day. A great little oasis in the city. We come to Utah often and will definitely rent this house again.
