Walk to the beach and Cocoa Beach’s best restaurants, bars, and shops. Whether you’re chasing adventure on the water or slow mornings on a private balcony, Canopy Cove blends laid-back luxury with everything that makes the Space Coast special.

Picture this: you wake up to coffee on the balcony, watching for manatees gliding by, then paddle out to the Thousand Islands to for your own personal dolphin spotting adventure. Later, you load up the beach wagon for a day on the sand, and when you’re done, skip cooking — just walk to one of the many local restaurants. Come home to a soak in the hot tub, a nap in the hammock, toasting marshmallows over the fire pit, or enjoy a drink at the tiki bar as the sun sets over the water.

can't say enough good things about our stay! the property was perfect for our party of 7 - 4 adults and 3 kids. everything from the the welcoming front door to the back yard with the deck to the water and plenty of seating felt like home with the amenities of a resort. the hostess had a picture book of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. she is super communicative and responded with lightening speed. The kitchen is well stocked. And we even had a welcome gift waiting for us! this will be our standard place to stay whenever we visit cocoa beach again!

Great stay

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. So many options of things to do when hanging around the house… game room, kayaks, SUP, hot tub… We had a great time!

Amazing house on the inlet of Cocoa Beach!

Beautifully updated house located minutes from the beach and downtown Cocoa Beach. The owners were very accommodating and responsive to all of our requests and questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place!

They left us a gift box and snacks to enjoy! The house was clean and well maintained! The host was very helpful as well. Would certainly stay here again!

Excellent place to stay

So much room for a larger group. Everyone had their own space. Much to do as a group at the home and the community. Could not ask for better hostess of the property! Would love to stay again!

Everything about this home is fabulous! The host is welcoming and provides great information about restaurants, shops and activities in the area. The house is well stocked with supplies, cooking equipment, etc. The setting is amazing. We saw dolphins, fish and a variety of birds along the canal behind the house. It's a lovely spot!!!

Loved our time at Canopy Cove

My family of 8 (two families of 4) had a wonderful time at Canopy Cove. We could not have picked a better house or location. The beach was a short walk. We particularly loved that the house was directly on the canal and spent a great deal of time on the dock, paddleboarding, kayaking, etc. We had a family of manatees that visited the canal every day we were there. The house was very well appointed and comfortable. Our hosts literally thought of everything and were very good communicators. We will stay here again the next time we are in Cocoa Beach.

Amazing property and amenities

This was the perfect place for my husband and I and two of our children today for a few days before heading to Orlando for our daughter’s gymnastics meet. It was within walking distance to the beach but parking was also available for a small fee at the beach access off 4th street. The kayaks were fun to explore the Thousand Islands. We also enjoyed the hot tub in the cool mornings and evenings. The house was clean and spacious with all the essential amenities plus many extras! The kids loved the game room too. We truly felt at home and more than comfortable at this property. We will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Outstanding

This has been an outstanding experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of this place, its decoration, and how well it was set up to accommodate guests' comfort and convenience. We stayed as three different couples and had our private areas of the house. My friend also wanted to leave this feedback: "This home deserves a 5-star review. I am a guest who has owned rentals. The attention to detail is impressive. They forgot nothing. I highly recommend this home."

We had 2 families with 2 adults and 2 "kids" each (ages 17-21). The house was spacious and very clean. We used everything--the game room, the bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, hot tub, and the fire pit. We had a minor issue with a paddle board and the hosts fixed it within the hour! The hosts also left a basket of snacks and breakfast items! We cooked breakfast and nearly all lunches in the house each day. I highly recommend checking in before going to the store because there were more items than at most VRBOs (olive oil, cooking spray, salt, pepper, many other spices, paper towel, plenty of dishwasher pods, etc). There are so many places within walking distance--within a mile. The highlight of our trip was going to the New Year's Eve "Shark Drop" event!

We’re George and Melissa — originally from Michigan, but we’ve put down roots all over the map: North Carolina, California, Philadelphia, Virginia, and now Florida. We even spent a year living aboard our boat cruising the Great Loop, which is part of what drew us to life on the water here in Cocoa Beach.

All that moving around taught us how much a comfortable, welcoming place to stay matters when you’re somewhere new. That’s why we love hosting — sharing our home with travelers while we’re off exploring ourselves. We’ve put a lot of care into making Canopy Cove a place where you can relax, get out on the water, and feel at home. We can’t wait to host you!

Our neighborhood is the best of both worlds - a quiet, tucked away canal street where you can enjoy life on the river, yet you’re just a short walk from the beach and all our favorite Cocoa Beach bars and restaurants. It’s the kind of place where you can spend a morning out on the water looking for dolphins and manatee, and then be enjoying a live band or the sand-between-your-toes at the ocean minutes later.

What we love most is the daily dose of wildlife. The local sea life is endlessly curious — manatees drifting up to the dock, dolphins cruising the canal, and the occasional visitor that makes you stop whatever you’re doing just to watch. Living here is truly the dream: relaxation and adventure in equal measure, quiet when you want it, close to everything when you don’t.
