Beautiful condo. Clean accommodations and comfortable beds. Beach view and access was nice. Extra toilet paper stocked in the room would have been nice.

Liquid Life is a good property management company. They were responsive to needs and concerns. The condo was great and I would stay in this building again. We, unfortunately, had to leave early due to Hurricane Isaias. We were kept informed all along the way, and had a nice experience up until we had to leave. The unit was clean, nicely equipped, and the access to the pool and beach was great. We especially enjoyed the spacious balcony and the ocean view!

Everything was great! Clean condo. Amazing view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach. The bed was very comfortable which was a wonderful bonus as I have a bad back so having a bed this comfortable was great. Location close to shopping and eating. Wonderful condo!

The condo was perfect, nicely decorated and made the stay very comfortable. Also, the service was exceptional. The refrigerator was not cooling, and staff was quick to respond and take care of it for us. So appreciated!

Condo was exactly as advertised. The condo was clean, in a great location, and easy to get to. My only complaint I would have is that, our condo wasn’t ready at 4:00. This was not a huge ordeal because we weren’t going to be there until closer 4:30-5:00. Then we got a message from Liquid life saying the unit was not going to be ready until 6-6:30. This was frustrating since we have been driving for 13 hours, and our kids were ready to be done, but other than that the condo was great.

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life and for staying at Island Royale 304. We’re sorry the condo wasn’t ready at the scheduled 4:00 check-in—after a 13-hour drive with kids, that delay and the late update to 6–6:30 was understandably frustrating. We’ve shared your feedback with housekeeping and operations to improve turnaround times and communication. Glad to hear the unit itself was clean and in a great location; we appreciate your comments and hope to host you again under smoother circumstances.
