Cozy 2-bedroom condo located right on the Roaring Fork Creek

GREAT LOCATION! Shhhhhhhhh - listen to the creek from your private balcony.

The condo is 2 bedroom/2 bath fully furnished and located on the2nd floor. The elevator is just steps away. The kitchen has cherry cabinets with granite counter tops and is very well equipped. There are two coffeemakers to make a pot for everyone or a Keurig for individual cups.

The living room has cozy furniture for relaxing with a gas fireplace. There is a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi. Both bedrooms have king beds and flat screen TVs. The master has a door leading out to the balcony and an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub/shower. The condo has a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Enjoy that first cup of coffee in the morning relaxing to the sounds of the creek on the balcony with comfy rocking chairs. Afternoon cocktails on the balcony is the perfect way to end a busy day after enjoying downtown, hiking or shopping.

We supply a starter of soap and paper products to get you started. Dollar General and Family Dollar are just right down the road and sell small pack of products so you don’t have to buy a large amount.

The outdoor pool is open every May-September so be sure to bring your swimsuits and beach towels. The creek is right out back of the condos with a bench for relaxing or watching the kids play in the water.

The condo is located ¾ mile from the downtown strip. You can walk downtown then ride the trolley back to the condo after a day of shopping, eating and playing.

With a host of activities and countless opportunities for enjoyment, our condo is your gateway to the Smokies. In addition to being in Gatlinburg, you are only minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Pigeon Forge (Dollywood), Ober Gatlinburg, Ripley's Aquarium, lots of shows, great restaurants and shopping. Don’t forget Tanger Outlet mall in Sevierville! 2 car minimum on property. No oversized trucks or trailers

This rental was clean, cozy, and a great location. We either walked or took the free trolley to town. Awesome balcony by the Roaring Fork Creek. The host was easy to deal with, easy access. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. The condo was very clean overall & all amenities within the condo worked as it should. The balcony overlooking Roaring Fork Creek was so nice & peaceful. We would re-book this location again in the future for sure.

The condo was easy to find and had an elevator for easy access. The furniture was cozy and the place was very clean (except the stained carpeting) The kitchen was well stocked and had room to move around. The balcony overlooked the creek and it was just beautiful. We would definitely stay there again!

Great family trip

Perfect location away from the main busy Gatlinburg streets, but an easy walk to all the downtown fun. Nicely decorated interior, and a large balcony, with plenty of seating including 2 large rocking chairs that I thoroughly enjoyed.

We loved the condo. It was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the back porch listening to the babbling stream. The location was very convenient to both downtown gatlinburg and Rocky top sports complex. The check-in and checkout process was easy.

Loved this stay. Exactly what we needed. We walked to town and back every day, enjoying the beautiful weather. The nights with the sound of the water rushing were so peaceful. Plenty of room, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and lots of hot water.The only negative comment (and this is just our personal choice) is that the beds were extremely firm. If you love a firm mattress, you will love these.Due to a very personal situation, we needed to move our dates at the last minute and the hosts were so kind and accommodating. We will be staying here again.

This was a great place to stay overall! We loved the balcony and how quiet the area was. The apartment was tidy upon arrival and we had no issues with parking or the entry. We had a small issue with one of the doors locking because the lock button hits the wall juuuust right- so check before closing the doors! The host responded quickly and helped me resolve the issue. At the time we thought someone locked it before leaving. We enjoyed the games that were offered in the apartment as well. Overall a great stay!

Perfect location

If you are visiting Gatlinburg this place has the perfect location. Not far from the parkway there is a trolley stop across the street. It is a quiet complex and we enjoyed the creek behind the unit. Communication with the host was very timely. Would stay again in the future.

Nice condo

Nice condo, well decorated with mountain theme decor. The creek and the balcony are so relaxing. We had some minor issues with the cleanliness of the bathrooms and I communicated that to the host. She was very responsive and I’m sure she has addressed it with her housekeeper. The host was quick to respond and pleasant to deal with.

Fall Trip

The stay was great. It is a condo so be mindful of being too loud after hours. We got yelled at for laughing to hard but granted it was 11 at night. The condo was dated but otherwise pretty comfortable. They included lots of places to charge devices by the beds but unfortunately did not have enough pillow cases for the extra pillows. I also noticed the pull out couch needs to be replaced. Its mattress is uncomfortable and old. Overall it’s nice and I would stay again.

We liked that the property was close enough to everything but also tucked back away from all of the downtown traffic. It was the perfect size for us. Clean. Had everything we would need if we were staying in to cook. We ate out alot while visiting. No major complaints. There was no TP when we arrived but someone brought it to us right away. Parking was full and we drive a full size truck. There was one spot available for us later in the evening and it was in the far corner. My husband couldn’t get his truck in easily. We called the number listed and got an answer and solution right away. The only complaints my family had were the master bath, the toilet continuously flushed when we arrived. It says to lift the handle up. That only fixed it to where it would flush every few minutes. We kept the door shut at night and we didn’t notice. It may have a leak just for the owners to be aware. My husband complained the lighting in the master bedroom wasn’t bright enough but I don’t know what he needed brighter light for? It was perfect for reading and relaxing after a long day of sightseeing haha. I liked listening to the river at night. It was really relaxing! We didn’t use the pool bc it rained when we did have the time to swim. There is a nice breakfast place next door and a small BBQ place in walking distance. We would stay again! Our friends visited Gatlinburg at the same time and stayed downtown. Met with us at the breakfast place next door and said they like the location and wi
