Loved everything about this house. Location was perfect and we had plenty of things to do for all ages. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely be booking again !

The property was perfect for our family with 8 adults, and 6 children ranging in age from 10 years - 18 months old! We all enjoyed the lake, pool and pickleball court!

Had a wonderful time getting together with 3 out-of-state friends/couples. House was very spacious and everyone had their own personal space. The host is very accommodating and a couple of requests. Have stayed at a different property with the same host and received the same wonderful hospitality. Would stay again.

Great summer stay

We had several moms and kids stay here for a week while our kids went to summer camp nearby. It was an awesome house for our big group! Lots of room for kids to run free and adults to gather or sneak away for quiet time. Highly recommend!

This is an excellent place for a family reunion. The kids’ room has so many beds! They loved having one big room, all to themselves! Most of the bedrooms have a (comfortable!) king bed which I found so convenient! Plenty of space for everyone. Tons of activities to enjoy here. My 7 year old caught his first fish off the dock within 30 seconds of casting his pole! That’s our kind of fishing! Haha! The view from the main kitchen was stunning. Thank you for allowing us to create core memories for our family here!! We’ll always remember it, and I hope to come back again!

Our stay was nothing short of perfect. Every guest enjoyed a restful night's sleep, with all bedrooms comfortably occupied. The serene ambiance set the stage for true relaxation. The breathtaking sunset added to the charm, offering a spectacular view that left us in awe. The location was absolutely ideal, making our experience even more seamless and enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better family getaway!

I love the place we enjoy the staying just a few things tha can be done better for future customers . Make sure grill is clean and propane to cook . Lighter to start the grill or firewood . Maybe if some light by the pickleball court will be amazing so people \kids can play more On my own experience the place was great I will do it again I just have the bad luck that weather wasn’t in our favor and we pretty much lost an entire day whit out been able to enjoy the amenities that the place offer .

Absolutely blown away by this property! We stayed with a group of 16 family and friends, and it was PERFECT for all of us. The home is spacious, beautifully designed, and had more than enough room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded.The open kitchen and living area made it easy for us to cook, hang out, and spend quality time together. The views of the water are incredible — especially in the mornings and at sunset.The outdoor space is where this place really shines. We spent our evenings around the fire pit under the string lights, laughing and making memories. During the day, the pool felt like our own private resort, and the sport court and game room kept both kids and adults entertained nonstop.Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for larger groups. You can tell this place was made for making memories.If you’re looking for the perfect spot for a big family trip or getaway with friends, this is it. We will 100% be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our family of 6 used all of the amenities and found the property to be in great condition and well stocked. I love when kitchens have the little extra things that might be needed! The pool is wonderful and large and deeper than many. We spent a lot of time swimming and playing. The lake was quiet and peaceful and we all enjoyed kayaking! We made great use of the pickleball court and pool table. The house is set up well for a large group and we all had plenty of space to ourselves. The porch swing in the enclosed sunroom was a favorite spot for all of us!Unfortunately, being August, we were really not able to spend much time in the game room because of the heat. Guests are not allowed to use the air conditioner in there and opening the garage door just attracts too many bugs! This was a great place to stay and I would choose it again. My kids all agreed that they would go back. Thank you so much for everything!

Great home for big groups who want a relaxing staycation!

This property was great. The views of the lake were enough to make us happy but this property offered so much more. It was a very spacious house and was great for our group of 12. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, two living areas, and a spacious kitchen to prepare meals in made our stay very comfortable. There was plenty of dining seating as well. There were so many amenities on site that we didn’t even have time to utilize them all. The newly installed hot tub and pickleball court were great new additions to the property as well. (FYI, bring your own paddles and balls). We only left the property to go hiking at Lake Bob Sandlin State Park and to eat dinner one night at Vaughan’s catfish on the lake… both of these are 15-20 mins from the house. The house was clean and cozy and had plenty of parking in the circle drive. I would highly reccomend a stay here. It would be even better in the summer when you can utilize the lake and the pool in warmer weather. It’s a perfect place for family gatherings, or a girls/guys trips.

Good times with family Rain or Shine?

Everyone slept well, all beds and pillows comfortable. House was outstanding from beginning to end. Rain, no problem everyone had something to entertain themselves. Pool 50 temp, still had one brave enough to jump in, luckily for them the new hot tub was fantastic. Pickle ball court nice, pool table used daily. Had ping pong and other games to play. We got our leg workout going back and forth to fishing pier. Fishing slim, but got lucky a house for sell let us use their dock, caught 5 bass. We have traveled to many Rent homes, this one was equally as nice compared to our best Colorado mountain rental. Room for everyone, enough room and areas just to hide and read a book. Large dining areas for eating and playing cards. We will save this house and owner for the future. Amenities top of the line. Kitchen, bedding and accessories were perfect. Thanks again for letting us enjoy the RICH LIFE.

Great experience! #1, hot tub was amazing, #2, pool, #3 pickle ball court, #4, house, #5, garage game room, #6 firepit! Everything was just fantastic!!! Best vacay ever! I would highly recommend this place and we will be back for sure!!!
