Beach home with spacious fun yard w/BBQ, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Dining Tables, lounge stations, and relaxing yard ambiance. Child friendly home with play structures, toys for all ages, board games, switch console for video games, beach supplies, and more! We provide a high chair, pack-n-play, toddler dishes, and a closet full of toys.

We are located in a family residential neighborhood that is just outside of the hustle of the beach yet enjoys the costal weather and cool evening breeze off the ocean.

You will find lots of essentials to help your trip run smoothly! We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, cold food bags with ice packs and a beach wagon to carry it all!! We provide ample beach towels for use with the hot tub or a trip to the beach.

The Home:
Enter to the living room that begs you to rest on a spacious comfy sectional sofa viewing a 65 inch HD Smart TV with surround sound and loaded with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Max, and Disney. Try out some new games on the Nintendo Switch or check in the drawers for a collection of board games.

The Dining room is adjacent to a beautiful kitchen that is completely equipt and stocked with everything you should need. Filtered water pitcher in fridge.

The space has 3 bedrooms/1 bath.

The Main bedroom has a King size comfy plush hybrid mattress. Plenty of closet and dresser space. Ceiling fan and your own personal mini-split air conditioner/heater. You will find a 45-inch TV on a movable stand so it can be pushed around the home as desired!

The next bedroom is a cozy space with a Queen size plush mattress, closet space and end tables. We have a floor fan in this room and some black-out curtains.

The third bedroom has two low-profile single size beds that are stackable for extra space. This room is perfect for kids but can also be turned into a bedroom with a twin bed. The closet is full of toys for all ages. Extra linens and blankets are available and we have extra pillows in the closet if you desire a different fill or support.

The hallway bathroom is upgraded with a rain shower and has been stocked with toiletries you may need and premium shampoo/conditioner. Abundant towels are available.

Dine outside under a covered patio, soak in some sun on the lounge chairs, and unwind in the hot tub. There is a grill for cook-outs, a fire-pit to gather around and some Giant Jenga and Ladder Toss for entertainment! Enjoy a restful ambiance in the evening under warm lights strung throughout this expansive yard.

We are also a very family oriented space providing hours of entertainment for the kids. They will find fun play structures to climb and slide on, small toy cars, a roller coaster ride, and a small play house. Various balls to throw around and paddle ball. We have a separate baby pool for the toddlers.

We are Located a short distance to Downtown, Balboa Park, Sea World, the Zoo, Old Town, Little Italy, Beaches and more.
