Lower Level Entertainment:
 • Living Space: Stone fireplace, game tables, pool table, video arcade, and access to a screened porch with a hot tub.

• Additional Bedrooms: One bedroom has a king-sized bed, another has a queen and a twin bed, and a full bathroom.
 
Outdoor Oasis:
 
• Multiple Porches and Decks: Screened porch, covered deck ideal for sunset views, and a side entrance porch with a wood-burning fireplace.
• Hot Tub & Fire Pit: Hot tub on the screened porch and a fire pit for cozy evenings.

House Rules
• No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin.
•  Pets: Pets are not permitted.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 11.00 pm to 7.00 am
• Trash Disposal: Please collect the trash bags and put them in the caged trashcans provided on near the parking lot of the cabin
• Maximum Occupancy: The cabin accommodates up to 12 guests.

Cabin Amenities
• Heating/Cooling: The thermostat is located on the main floor near the kitchen
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with needed appliances. Please clean up after use.
• Laundry: The washer and dryer are located in the basement. Instructions: Are posted on the wall
• Entertainment: TVs are available in each bedroom, the living room, and the game room. Enjoy our hot tub designed to fit 6 adults, the pool table and the gaming console
• Outdoor Area: Enjoy the deck and barbecue grill. Please clean the grill after use. Enjoy the outdoor firepit

• Fire Extinguisher: Located on the main level, basement level and top level
• First Aid Kit: Located in kitchen cabinet

Additional Information
• Parking: Parking is available for 6 cars outside the cabin. Please park in the designated spot.
