Thank you so much for the amazing review and recommendation! We’re thrilled you loved the property, the cleanliness, and especially those incredible Lake Erie sunrises! We’re also glad the communication throughout your stay was excellent. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and can’t wait to welcome you back to Put-in-Bay!

Thank you for the great review! Sometimes short and sweet says it all! We’re so glad you enjoyed the property and your stay with us. We hope to welcome you back to Put-in-Bay again soon!

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the well kept interior and beautiful view. We’re sorry the spiders on the deck affected your ability to enjoy the outdoor space. Being located directly on Lake Erie, spiders can unfortunately be especially active around waterfront properties at certain times of the year. We regularly treat and clean the outdoor areas, but they can return quickly due to the lakefront environment. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled you enjoyed the clean, spacious condo, beautiful lakefront patio, and peaceful location. It's great to hear the taxi service made getting downtown easy while allowing you to enjoy a quieter stay. We truly appreciate your recommendation and are excited to welcome you back next summer!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and especially for choosing to stay with us for a third time. We’re sorry this visit did not live up to the experiences you’ve had with us in the past. We appreciate you bringing the carpet stain, leaking toilet, missing kitchen sink drain, and patio condition to our attention. We agree that these are items that should have been identified and addressed prior to your arrival. We’re glad our on-site manager was able to assist with some of the concerns during your stay, but we understand that you should not have had to deal with them in the first place. We also appreciate your comments regarding the overall condition of the unit and will be sharing them with the property owner as we discuss future updates and improvements. Thank you again for being a returning guest and for providing honest feedback. We hope you’ll give us another opportunity to provide you with the experience you’ve come to expect from us.

Thank you for your thoughtful review and for spending your family getaway with us! We're so glad you enjoyed the lake views, pool, golf carts, well-stocked kitchen, and the service from our team. We also appreciate you bringing the maintenance and housekeeping items to our attention. Your comments have been shared with our team so we can address them, including the air fryer, closet door, and the areas that could use a little extra care. Thank you for your valuable feedback, and we hope to welcome you and your family back for an even better stay!
