The home was exceptionally clean, tidy, and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens and pillows for the rooms. House was large and spacious, fitting our group comfortably. All rooms faced the Gulf, so everyone had a great view. Beautiful view of the water from the back deck with plenty of seating. Only steps to the beach. Best part was the large beach we nearly had to ourselves for the week! Only downside is two of the bathrooms have small showers. Kaiser Vacations was great to deal with - great communication via phone, email and app. Check in and out was easy and hassle free. Will likely be renting this house again in the future!

Thank you for such a wonderful and detailed review! We’re thrilled that your group had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the beautiful Gulf views from every room and the back deck. It’s wonderful to hear that the beach access, spacious shoreline, and easy check-in and check-out made your stay so enjoyable. We also truly appreciate your kind words about Kaiser Vacations and our communication. Thank you for the helpful feedback regarding the smaller showers as well. We’d be delighted to have you stay with us again in the future!

Beautiful beach house!
We had a great time this year staying at this property. The location is perfect and quiet. We come down to the gulf shores area several times each year and will consider this house again. It was perfect for our family with 2 small children.

The property was just as pictured. perfect spot for a vacation with kids! Felt like we had to beach to ourselves. This is the second time that we have stayed at a property by this host.. & This is the first time that we have “stayed in” on vacation and cooked at home. Normally, we would be ready to pull our hair out but the location made this spot worth staying and not needing to leave. The beds are super comfortable!

The house was very clean with the most beautiful view! We saw several dolphins flipping around out the window. Everything was perfect! Be sure to take your own beach chairs and beach towels, we weren’t aware there would be none until we got there.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful view and even got to see dolphins playing right outside the window. That’s always such a special treat for our guests.
We’re also glad the home met your expectations for cleanliness and comfort. Thank you for mentioning the beach chair and towel reminder as well. The Leave Only Footprints initiative is critical to our environment.
We truly appreciate you staying with us and hope to welcome you back to the Gulf Coast again soon!

Lovely Little Beach Getaway
‘Paradise’ Beach House was all that we hoped it would be: clean, organized, well stocked, and extremely tastefully decorated! The house is not overly decorated, (which makes it much less ‘fussy’) the furniture very comfortable, the paint colors very pleasant and calming. The beds were comfortable, the showers basic, but, nice. Our beach was very quiet….an added bonus! Our only suggestion: it would be nice to have a gas grill to cook at home some nights, and maybe a couple beach chairs? All in all, a wonderful stay!
