Southern Dunes is located in the “Heart of Florida” Haines City. Inside of this beautifully landscaped, gated and safe community are the inclusion of a golfing resort and restaurant ( Fees and payments are separate ) and clubhouse entry, use is for amenities such as a small gym, library and pool ( seasonal ) Approx 20 minutes from all the major Disney Parks, Universal Studios, and near attractions such as Legoland (15 min away) Bok Tower Gardens, and Fantasy of Flight There is an abundance of places to eat and drink all within a few minutes drive and a Super Walmart just outside the gates of Southern Dunes. Posner Park Village shopping center is a short drive away, here you will find stores such as JC Penney, Ross, Homegoods, Starbucks, a movie theatre and much more.

We have everything you may need and want for your home away from home vacation, no rear neighbors just the spectacular view of the rambling golf course. We have a completely private pool waiting for you to relax in after a long day of fun at the parks. Disney World is just 30 minutes away so what are you waiting for, kick back and relax in this stylish and serene space. Upgraded kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances Open plan living area with ample seating , a formal modern dining table that seats 6 persons. There is a large smart tv in the living area with slider doors leading on to the spectacular pool area!
