Great location. Street parking was easy. Air conditioning worked fine as it was a bit warm in Vancouver during our stays. It was roomy enough with our 6 guests including using one queen air mattress, which was good quality.

This place was perfect for my big group. It was 20ish minutes depending on traffic from down town which was super nice. The ac was great throughout the house. My only complaint is we weren’t aware there was another unit underneath us which wasn’t a problem I just wish it was listed on the post. The house isn’t super spacious like it says but still worked great for our group of 8. The place was super clean and loved that they provide a lot of cooking utensils so we were able to make breakfast. The host was constantly checking in and answered quick to any questions. I would stay again.

Great stay in a good central location to visit Vancouver

Host was excellent at communicating. Descriptions matched the space perfectly. Very easy to get anywhere inside the greater Vancouver area. Only complaint was the bed in the front bedroom. The frame was clearly meant for a box spring and they put a foam mattress on it. The mattress sunk and didn't lay flat.

Location is great! Quiet area with little to no disturbances and easy access to main roads. It is advertised as a spacious family home however it’s only the top half of a duplex so that was misleading, and with tenants below they have signs all over saying quiet time is 9pm with no laundry after a certain time to. Its mentioned in the add that the home has A/C, however when we asked about how to turn it on as nothing is obvious we were told to go into the garage and get a portable A/C unit. Add should state that as we shouldn’t have to go out of our way to use it. Overall we were happy with our stay and would rent again, note that the property is managed by a third party so they require an additional damage deposit outside of VRBO which is a bit of a hassle.

Our stay was over the Aug long weekend. Location is great and in a quiet neighborhood. However, We did find the kitchen needs a deep cleaning. You need to wash everything prior to using. There is air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom but they are portable units which are extremely loud and can not be run at night if you want to sleep. Family that were staying with us reported the front room mattress is in very rough shape. Location is great but I would rate this as student living.Communication with the host was fantastic.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. I really appreciate your kind words about the location and communication, it means a lot. I’m very sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with the kitchen and the mattress. That’s certainly not the experience I want for my guests, and I’ll be addressing both right away with a deep clean and a mattress replacement. I also understand the noise concern with the portable A/C units, I’ll look into better options for quieter cooling. Your comments are truly valuable and help me make meaningful improvements. Thank you again for staying and for your honesty, I hope you’ll consider giving the place another try in the future.

A roomie, comfortable house. Well kept and spotless. Centrally located near everything we wanted to visit and on a quiet street. Host was very responsive not just about the house but about places around Vancouver we wanted to visit. Next time we visit the city this is where we will stay.
