The condo complex boasts covered parking (1 spot is reserved for you), 24-hour gated security, and state-of-the-art community gas grills with a wood fire pizza oven. Property features convenient coin-operated laundry areas on each floor (just steps away from the unit) and two swift elevators minimizing wait times.

As a self-catering property, the unit is thoughtfully stocked with essentials to start your stay, with a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs. Should you require additional supplies, nearby grocery stores and shops are just a short drive away. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and basic cable during your stay. Fresh linens and bath towels are provided for your comfort.

We enjoyed our stay. Great communication with host when we had a question. The view of the gulf from the 13th floor is beautiful. Nice pool! Only bummer came from the ongoing construction and closure of the rec/gym area along with no access to bbq grills.

Girls Getaway

The condo was immaculate, and equipped with everything we needed and more! Jayne was very responsive, and extremely easy to communicate with. Unfortunately the property was going through extensive renovations from the hurricane while we were there. Had there not been workers using the one available elevator all day, and the pool would have been open, it would have been a perfect getaway!

Amazing!

My husband and I stayed in Jayne's condo in April 2025. It is by far the nicest condo we have stayed at in the Redington area. We've been travelling here for 30 years. Jayne has thought of absolutely everything for her guests and the unit is immaculate. The kitchen has all the gadgets, spices, dishes that you could think of. The bed was so comfortable and we loved the huge TV for evening movies. Thank you so much for being such a lovely friendly host. We will definitely come back. We're already missing the outstanding view from balcony!Lisa & Kevin
