The Space:

Required Documentation: Renters must email a copy of their ID and proof of insurance. You must notify us if you are bringing a boat at least 3 days before your arrival so we can get all info needed to the HOA*****

Upon entering the complex you will drive to back of the property to locate building 10 which is located on the waterfront. The unit is on the top floor which is the 2nd floor which can be accessed by stairs.

Upon entering the unit you will see the kitchen/dining on the left and the living room space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need for cooking throughout your stay! The living space will comfortably fit each guest and you'll be able to enjoy balcony access directly off the living room!

To the right of the living space are two bedrooms which features a king bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. There is a full bathroom located next to these bedrooms.

The primary bedroom/bathroom suite is located just beyond the living space and also has balcony access to enjoy those beautiful bay views!

In the living room there is a spiral staircase that leads up to the loft which features two full beds and a king bed, as well as a full bathroom.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to everything inside the unit and private balcony access from the unit.

Guests can park 2 cars under the building in spot D. Additional cars will need to park in guest parking.

If you bring a boat, there are first come first serve boat slips. You can park your boat trailer with one vehicle under the building in spot D. Trailers are not allowed to park anywhere other than under the building in the specific unit labeled spot D. Enjoy the quick and easy launching of your boat with the community boat launch located on site!

Guest will also have access to the community pool and charcoal grills.

Cotton Bayou Beach is a quick 0.4 mile trip to enjoy time on the white sands of the Alabama Gulf Coast.

The Neighborhood:
Cotton Bayou is centrally located only 0.4 miles from the beach, 0.5 miles away from Publix grocery, and within driving distance to the very best that Orange Beach has to offer!

Other Things to Note:
Please eat at designated eating areas to avoid stains on the furniture.

We will be available on all booking platforms to help our guests before, during, and after their stay.
