Please notify us within 24 hrs of any issues, so we can address them promptly.

Please refrain from driving or parking in front lawn. There is room for 3 vehicles in the driveway. This is the maximum allowed.

Please note: There is a step down in the patio area where the laundry room and carport door are located. Please watch your step and be cautious. We are not responsible for carelessness.

We DO NOT allow events/parties! lf it is
discovered that a party is occurring, we
reserve the right to cancel the reservation and you will be required to leave the property without refund ($250 violation fee will be enforced).

Max allowed guest per booking are 6. If it is discovered, any extra people over 6 will be charged $50 per person.

No smoking or vaping in home. If discovered that smoking took place, there will be an extra cleaning fee of $250 enforced for deep cleaning.

We allow Canine pets only, No cats. A $125 per pet fee is required due to excessive cleaning per experience. We love fur babies, however need to disclose that we reserve the right to
request guests to leave without refund for the following pets: Out of control, Unhousebroken, Left alone at the listing without prior approval, Allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under the guest's control, Not up to date on shots. PLEASE pick up after your pet in the yard.

Please do not use bath towels to clean floors, remove makeup or any other usage except to dry off after showers.

All damaged or missing items will result in a charge at the replacement cost. A "request money" will be sent.

Guests are welcome to use the free channels on Roku TVs or connect to their own personal Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc accounts. TV with Roku or Firestick available in Living Room and
all bedrooms.
