Dean was an amazing host. He even let me rent some fishing gear to fish off the dock and boat. The scenery was breathtaking and the lake was serene. I highly recommend this host and vacation spot in general. We do plan on coming back again soon!

Beautiful location, peaceful setting

My mom, sister and I enjoyed a one-week stay at this beautiful location. We rented the pontoon and fished, toured the lake and enjoyed learning about the area history, too, thanks to the host and his expertise. Thank you, Dean!

Beautiful and private!

This was the perfect place for relaxing and privacy. We kayaked, paddle boated, fished, and rented Deans pontoon for boat rides. It’s quiet and remote and a beautiful setting. Will be back!

Cozy Cabin right on the Lake

Perfect little cabin right on the shore of the lake. Quiet, peaceful, Loons, Eagles, fishing all out the front door. Dean is a great host. We will be back!

What a wonderful cabin, lake, and host! Our experience was exactly as expected based on the reviews and descriptions. Nice spacious and private grounds with the host nearby but up the road if you need to contact him. We really liked the opportunity to rent the pontoon. The cabin is clean, cozy and stocked with everything you need. There is no question that we would highly recommend this property.

Nice lake, great host

In spite of cool weather, washed out roads, and driveway construction, a very good time enjoyed by my wife and I. The Host was very helpful.

Great spot

We had a wonderful stay. It was a perfect spot for our small family. The cabin was clean and cozy and Dean was always accommodating. The fishing off the dock was great for my daughter (crappies, bass and sunfish) and the beach/swim area was sandy and clean. Having the use of the kayaks and paddleboat were a nice addtional perk.

Perfect getaway for the FAMILY

Thank you, Dean!!! The cabin and property were perfect for our family! The kids enjoyed the water everyday, swimming and jumping off the dock! The cabin is the perfect size and what we need for family of 5. The weather was perfect. Dean is very communicative and easy to work with. We are hopeful to re-book soon!

Relaxing Stay

My wife and I stayed with our 2 dogs and had a wonderful time. The cabin is located down a large hill right on the water. This makes for a very secluded and one of a kind experience. Dean was very helpful and responsive to anything we needed. ATV trails are easily accessible from the property as well. Overall, it was a wonderful time and we’ll look to return.

Perfect Little Getaway!

This cabin was perfect for my family of 5. Our absolute favorite part was the location, seriously sitting right on BEAUTIFUL Roosevelt Lake. We fell in love immediately upon walking in. The cabin is adorable- quaint, clean, perfect amount of room. We had iffy weather but didn't care- when it rained we played Monopoly that we found in the cabin or watched a movie together and when it was nice we explored the lake in the Pontoon (rented separately). The kitchen had everything we needed and more- even seasonings, oils, any pots/pans/utensils, etc. Beds were comfy and towels were provided. The shower was outside the side of the cabin, and I loved that- when do you ever get to shower under huge beautiful pines!? Dean, the owner, and his son were so nice and helped out with anything needed. I would absolutely go back and have already recommended this cabin to several friends. :)

1)outstanding Lake Roosevelt 2) regardless of NO WI?FI and outdoor shower (accetable in summer , but not in 50 degree/rainy weather),enjoyed the cabin 3) host was very, very good about any requests

Our Honeymoon getaway

We had an amazing time and our host Dean was perfect. He was available whenever we had questions and even brought us some fishing tackle after he saw my pathetic tackle box... LOL! :) Everything was perfect and we plan on going back again and again and again!! thank you Dean!!

True to the Ad - Nice Cabin

Dean was great to work with. Very communicative and Helped us with anything we needed, including launching and pulling our boat which was a huge help. Property is very private and despite lots of unfavorable weather, we had a very nice time and can just imagine how awesome this cute little place is when the sun shines and the wind subsides. We highly recomend it and may return again.

Great place!

This cabin and lake are great. The roomy cabin is close to the water, so you can hear the water and the loons. We enjoyed the sand beach, kayaks and paddle boat. There was also room for us to dock our boat. Being able to bring our golden retriever was key. He's part of the family! Dean was very pleasant to work with, helpful and accommodating. We will definitely go back!

We absolutely loved it here. Best place we've ever stayed.

Can't wait to go back next year . The cabin was very well taken care of. Beds were very comfortable . Dean was awesome to work with. Even let us use some of his fishing tackle to try and catch fish. I work 51 weeks a year 6 days a week. This was a little bit of heaven. Can't wait to go back next year.

Perfect Setting

This is a nice private setting next to the sand shoreline.The fishing is excellent and the homeowner is great to work with and even drove with me to the public boat access to help launch the boat. Thanks, Steve

Great place to stay.

Quite clean cabin Dean was a great host. Clear deep lake our dog had a great time in the water. There were kyaks, paddle boat and pontoon. Lots of wild life. Would go back again. Peaceful beautiful place.

Private, cute clean cabin, and owner is a peach pf a fellow! So much fun hated to leave!

It was the “perfect cabin” for us! Loved everything about it! So did our little pup. . .she became a lake dog over night.
