The Space:

Settle into a family-friendly condo designed for comfort and convenience. The living area offers room to relax and includes a full-size sleeper sofa for extra guests, plus a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to check in with the office. Both bedrooms feature smart TVs, and you’ll find board games on hand for low-key nights in.

Head outside to enjoy the community’s beach access and a range of shared amenities, including pools, an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and a game room. There’s also outdoor seating and BBQ grills available for easy cookouts.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Lot parking for up to 2 vehicles. This rental comes with 2 parking passes only; the regime does not allow more than 2. Passes are required and will be issued upon arrival. No additional parking beyond what’s described is available.

• Floor/Elevator: This is a 4th-floor unit near the elevator and stairwell. If the elevator is unavailable, stairs are required.

• Laundry: On-site washer and dryer are available and accept credit/debit cards (not coin-operated).

• Community amenities (pools, hot tub, sauna, gym, game room, beach access) are shared. Hours, availability, and service may vary and are not guaranteed.

• Security: Exterior security cameras are located throughout the resort community/neighborhood and monitor common areas only.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
