Located in Lecanto, this adorable house is a dream. With 3 cozy bedrooms including 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 twin bed, guests will feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, bathtub, shower, towels, wash cloths and additional linens for added convenience. Plus, there's an additional pull-out sofa queen bed for extra sleeping space. Kickback, relax, and enjoy the pool with floats, 4 bicycles, grill, portable chairs, large wheeled cooler, Bluetooth speaker, bag toss, pickle ball, darts, jumbo cup pong, frisbee, trivia, Pictionary, poker, cribbage. In addition to what the location central to the 3 cities of Crystal River, Homosassa, and Inverness have to offer.

House Rules
1. Children must always be supervised by an adult on the premise. The pool slopes to over 5 feet deep and the plaster lining is abrasive please refrain from jumping and no diving under any circumstance.
2. Smoking is NOT allowed in the house. Please be responsible and respectful when extinguishing smoking materials in provided ashtrays outside.
3. House is located on a cul-de-sac and our neighbors live here full time. Conduct yourselves in a responsible and respectful manner regarding parking and noise levels. Complaints could result in the termination of your rental agreement and loss of the rental amount.
4. Use all fixtures, appliance, and amenities in a responsible manner.
5. The house is equipped with a washer and dryer you are welcome to use but please do not overload.
6. Maximum of 2 small dogs permitted with paid pet deposit. Be responsible pet owners by cleaning up poo in the yard and on your walks through the neighborhood. The backyard is fully fenced but you will need to keep your pets on a leash when venturing out. Accidents happen even to the most well-trained dogs in new environments, quickly and thoroughly clean up any accidents.
7. Do not eat in the bedrooms, living, and family rooms. Do not dispose of food waste in the lanai area Florida is extremely prone to bugs with its warm climate year-round.
8. In the event something gets damaged or broken please report it immediately. Inspections are done immediately prior to rental and immediately after departure primary renter will be held liable for damages.
9. No parties or events allowed, guests are limited to 3 per day not to exceed 12 people total on the premise and primary renter is responsible for their guests complying with the house rules.
10. If you are using the grill leave it where it is located or use it out in the yard. It is not to be moved up close to the house or in the lanai or garage.
Check Out Rules
1. Remove your garbage from the house, pool area, and garage. For long term rentals, pickup is on Tuesday’s but it should be out the night prior. There is a one large garbage can limit so stay on top of it weekly rather than waiting for check out. They will accept broken down cardboard outside the container, OR 1 extra bag of trash. For shorter term rentals, the day of checkout, ensure your garbage is in the outdoor can and at the curb near the mailbox when vacating.
2. Please make sure all windows and doors are securely locked on departure.
3. Please ensure that the lights, and ceiling fans are all shut off and the A/C is set to 75.
4. We have a cleaning service; they are not a pick up service. Please try to replace everything as you found it. It’s not required but if you could strip the linens from the beds and place them in the laundry room it would be much appreciated.
The house is equipped with a backup generator that will kick in automatically in the event of a power outage. If anything stated here is unclear, please notify us at the time of booking. We reserve the right to evict any guest or visitor who fails to adhere to our house rules.

We are originally from Michigan and love all outdoor activities so after an extensive search all over the state of Florida, we decided the nature coast was a perfect fit for us!

Location! Located on a quiet cul-de-sac about a mile from the Suncoast parkway an hour from the Tampa airport. We are central to all of the wonderful activities available in Crystal River, Homosassa Springs, and Inverness. With all the new development in Lecanto, shopping and dining are conveniently close.
