➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Just a heads up, guests can't use the closet in the entryway, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.



➤ Two parking spot passes available. You can find extra parking at nearby stores. No commercial vehicles allowed – violators might get towed.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is nestled in a peaceful, family-friendly area, making it a great spot for a relaxing vacation. You’ll find quiet streets and a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for evening walks or enjoying time by the pool.



Conveniently located, the area is just 15 minutes from Disney and only a short drive to Universal and Downtown Orlando. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, catering to both casual and fine dining preferences.



For those looking to explore beyond the theme parks, the neighborhood offers easy access to local attractions, parks, and scenic spots. It's a great base for a balanced mix of excitement and relaxation.



Getting Around:

Car: Renting a car is the easiest way to explore Orlando. You’ll have quick access to Disney, Universal, and nearby attractions, plus free parking at the property.



Uber/Lyft: Ride-share services are readily available and a convenient way to get to theme parks, shopping centers, or restaurants without the hassle of parking.



Shuttle Services: Many local resorts and hotels offer shuttle services to Disney and Universal, which are just minutes away.



Public Transportation: The Lynx bus system provides affordable access to various parts of Orlando, including tourist hotspots.



Bike: For a more leisurely pace, some nearby areas are bike-friendly, allowing you to enjoy scenic rides and explore local spots.



Other Things to Note:

➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
