Spacious 6BR En Suite Rittenhouse Home

Thank you for your kind words! We’re so glad you enjoyed the walkable neighborhood and everything the area has to offer. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear that the home’s layout and location worked so well for your extended family, especially having a bathroom for every bedroom — we know how important that can be during a holiday stay. We sincerely apologize for the HVAC issue you experienced. Unfortunately, a previous guest had adjusted the thermostats in a way that disrupted the system’s balance. Since then, we’ve made the necessary adjustments and secured the thermostats to ensure consistent and comfortable temperatures throughout the house for all future guests. We also understand the challenge with neighborhood parking costs and appreciate your patience with that aspect. We hope to welcome you back again soon and thank you again for choosing our home for your family gathering!

Thank you for the feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations. We understand that temperature preferences vary and our team is always available to assist with any adjustments. We always follow up after check-in to confirm everything is comfortable and to address any questions, but unfortunately did not receive a response during the stay. This would have allowed us to help in real time. Separately, we work with a dedicated professional cleaning team, and each turnover is documented prior to guests arrival. Had any cleanliness concerns been brought to our attention, our team would have addressed them immediately. We appreciate the feedback and will continue refining our guest materials to ensure a smoother experience. We encourage guests to reach out at any time during their stay so we can promptly assist if needed.

Dear Rebecca Thank you for your feedback! We’re delighted that you enjoyed the location, comfort, and spaciousness of our home. Regarding parking, the City of Philadelphia offers numerous parking options at various price points. The lot near Rittenhouse Square is the most convenient and was advertised accordingly in previous communications. As for the heating, our property has multiple systems, and adjusting thermostats can sometimes lead to uneven temperatures. We always encourage guests to reach out if any issues arise, but we did not receive any requests from your group during the stay. We’re happy to assist in the future to ensure your comfort. Lastly, we sincerely apologize for the refrigerator oversight. Given your early check-in, our housekeeper worked diligently to prepare the home as best as possible. We appreciate your understanding. We truly value your stay and hope to welcome you again in the future! Best Regards Lena Polnet
