Country Roads: Relax by the Fire Pit & Enjoy Lake Views at Alpine Lake

You`ll feel right at home in this beautiful house located in Alpine Lake. This 2-bedroom with a loft, 3-bathroom home offers a gorgeous view of the lake and is within walking distance – just a hop, skip, and a jump away from playing in the water!



The main floor living area features seating around a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for spending time with friends and family, making cherished memories. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including a wine fridge (or juice fridge for easy access for the kiddos). The two bedrooms are on the main floor. Bedroom #1 to the right has a queen and twin bed. Bedroom #2, the master bedroom, has a king bed with an attached bathroom. Upstairs in the loft area, you’ll find two twin trundle beds and its own bathroom.



Outdoor Living:

Step outside onto the deck and you’ll find ample seating around a Solo fire pit, ideal for relaxing by a fire on evenings when you just want to unwind or mornings to watch the sunrise over the lake while sipping your coffee. A charcoal grill and dining table are also available for outdoor meals. The homeowner also owns the lot across the road, where you can build a fire in the fire pit, roast hot dogs and marshmallows, and let the kids run off their energy before bed.



Important Info Before You Book:

❗ Age Requirement: Minimum age of 23 to book. A valid driver’s license is required at check-in. Guests who do not meet this requirement will be evicted without refund.

🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 penalty applies if smoking is detected in the home.

🐾 No Pets: This property is NOT pet-friendly. Any unauthorized pets found will incur a $500 non-refundable fee and could incur up to $1,000 if excessive cleaning is needed or damage is found. No refunds will be given for departure/eviction due to unauthorized pets.

🧴 What’s Provided: The property comes with linens, washcloths, towels, dishes, and a starter basket (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and sponge). Additional products must be supplied by the guest.

🌨 Winter Travel: 4WD or AWD is HIGHLY recommended during the winter season.

🛁 Hot Tub (if applicable): Please follow all posted rules. A $350 cleaning fee will be charged if negligent use leads to excessive cleaning.
