Guests have full access to all private areas of the apartment and to the building’s heated pool. Access is secure and the building includes an elevator. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed, parties or gatherings beyond the allowed capacity should be avoided, and quiet hours must be respected. Pet access is subject to prior approval.

Key handover is done in person at Fadul 32, where we’ll warmly welcome you. After that, we’ll be available via WhatsApp for any questions or needs during your stay.
