The home sleeps 10 guests.

Guests will have access to our beautiful and private backyard, complete with covered lounge area, a stage, yard games, tree deck, and plenty of outdoor seating, making it perfect for intimate gatherings.
Inside, guests can relax at the sophisticated Bar Bijou, explore our curated vinyl record collection, or prepare for events in the well-equipped prep kitchen. Additional amenities include street parking and gated guest parking.

Chez la Fête is the perfect spot for small and midsize special occasions, from corporate retreats to intimate courtyard gatherings. Guests can also reserve our Fest House Lounge & outdoor restrooms.

The Fest House Lounge is a private, enclosed space located in the backyard of Chez la Fête, perfect for those seeking an exclusive setting for relaxation or intimate gatherings. Available only by request and with an additional fee, this beautifully designed lounge offers a unique experience for guests looking to elevate their stay. Amenities in the Fest House Lounge include a fully stocked wet bar, a stylish lounge, and cozy seating for guests to relax in comfort. The space also features outdoor restrooms, making it convenient for events or gatherings. The lounge is also equipped with a cooler, ice machine, and all the necessary barware to entertain with ease. Guests can also enjoy entertainment with a smart TV and integrated sound system, making the Fest House Lounge the perfect spot to unwind or host a private event.

Events Policy:
NO Events of more than 10 guests are allowed without approval by management. We do allow larger events at Chez La Fetê. However, we do charge additional event fees for any events that exceed our maximum guest limit of 10 guests. These events must be scheduled and coordinated in advance with management. All events are to end or move inside by 10pm with respect to our Quiet Hours Policy.
