We’re so glad to hear your family enjoyed the games, giant chess board, pickleball court, and the many little touches we’ve added to make the space welcoming. We also appreciate you pointing out a few areas where your experience could have been even better. We do want to share that we fully empty, clean, and sanitize the hot tub before every stay, and had we known there were any issues, we would have gladly come by to inspect and address it immediately during your visit. Regarding the sauna, we selected a model that’s widely preferred by both guests and hosts for its safety and ease of use. We haven’t placed any limitations on its settings, but we’ll take a look to ensure the controls are operating as expected. We’ve not had issues with the Wi-Fi in the past, but after your stay, we reached out to Spectrum to run diagnostics and ensure everything is functioning smoothly moving forward. As for the ping pong paddles, thank you for flagging that! We were happy to drop off a new set within a few hours. And you’re absolutely right about the entrance — the recent rains caused unexpected wear on that stretch of road, and we already have repairs scheduled for April 28th. We always strive to be proactive, and your feedback helps us keep improving. We’d love the opportunity to host your family again and make your next visit even more seamless!
