Welcome to our inviting 3-bedroom townhouse, where comfort and convenience blend harmoniously to provide an unforgettable family-friendly retreat. Step into the spacious living area adorned with warm, contemporary decor, offering ample space for quality time together. Upstairs, the three cozy bedrooms await, each thoughtfully designed to accommodate restful nights for all. With 2.5 bathrooms, morning routines and evening wind-downs are a breeze.

Keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away.

The whole home is yours (minus the garage)!

Main floor: Enjoy a fully functional kitchen which includes oven, stove, microwave, cooking utensils, basic cooking supplies, and a kitchen table with seating for 6 people.

Enjoy watching all of your favorite tv shows, movies or sports on the comfortable couch or lounge chair, or play an assortment of games provided. There is a half bathroom downstairs as well as an assortment of reading material.

Upstairs: 3 spacious, comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a Helix king sized bed with a full bathroom. The two additional rooms have queen sized beds. The washer and dryer are also on the second floor.

The house provides coffee, a refrigerator and freezer, baking and cooking items, board games and cards, towels, clean sheets and comforters, washer and dryer to keep up with cleaning needs, blow dryer, and much much more!

This property does not provide cable. It does have a smart TV with many streaming apps that you can log into.

The area is very accessible to Uber and Lyft. Having a vehicle, scooter, or using an uber would be ideal for leaving the home.

We have a strict quiet hour policy of 10pm to 8am Friday through Sunday and 9pm to 8am Monday through Thursday.

Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.

A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.

The garage is not for use.

There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.
