As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a warm and inviting living area with a cozy fireplace, perfect for gathering with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals, and the large dining area ensures everyone can dine together comfortably.

The BASEMENT contains a game room, half-bath, one king bedroom with a full bathroom, and an indoor pool.
GAME ROOM – Equipped with a 55" Roku TV and Dish Satellite with Starlink internet, a leather couch, a pub table with stools, pool table, 3 classic arcade games, an electronic pinball machine with over 100 games, a connect 4 game, an a 1/2 bathroom.
KITCHEN - The kitchen is stocked with everything ya Momma needs to make Thanksgiving dinner and more, from the stove to the stainless-steel refrigerator and Coffee Bar.
INDOOR POOL – Heated (84 degrees) 16 X 24 Foot pool with an 8 foot waterfall, 2 Adirondak chairs, a table with 4 chairs, room conditioned and a 55” Roku TV with Dish Satellite and Starlink internet.
HOT TUB - A brand new six-person hot tub is located just outside the basement door on the back stone patio.
SAUNA – A brand new 4 -person Sauna is located just outside the basement door on the backside of porch. Perfect for those cold winter days!
OUTDOOR FIREPLACE – Gas Fireplace with a 55” Roku TV and Dish Satellite with Starlink internet, and 2 Adirondak chairs and side table. Cozy for those chilly evenings.
FIREPIT - Is located off the basement surrounded by 4 Adirondack chairs on stone patio with fenced area. Ideal for those S’mores after a long day of sight-seeing or hiking on one of the many trails nearby.
