My bridesmaids and I stayed here the night before my wedding and it was just perfect!! So much space and so neat! It was amazing and we will be back!

This was a magnificent place to stay so beautiful and full of all the amenities you could imagine. It was a true pleasure to stay at such a clean and lovely place. The owner was very accommodating.

The overall property is fantastic and perfect for the bachelors trip we had. One interesting part is that it is located in a poor part of Bristol with section 8 housing within view from balcony. Walkable food and activity options were great. And not far from hard rock casino. Overall really enjoyed it but if you haven’t been to Bristol before be aware it is not a super affluent area.

Thank you for staying with us! We’re so glad you enjoyed the property, its walkability, and the convenient access to downtown Bristol and the Hard Rock Casino. We did want to clarify one point for future guests regarding the location. Our property is located in the heart of historic Downtown Bristol, an area that includes a diverse mix of residential, commercial, historic, and newly redeveloped properties. Like many downtown areas, you’ll see a variety of housing and neighborhoods nearby, but we feel the description of the property as being located in a “poor part of Bristol” does not accurately reflect the downtown location or the experience most of our guests have. One of the things we love most about the property is exactly what you mentioned—the ability to walk to restaurants, entertainment, shopping, live music, and other downtown attractions while also being just a short drive from the Hard Rock Casino. We appreciate your feedback and are very happy to hear that overall you had a fantastic stay and enjoyed your bachelor’s trip!

Oh my gosh! Where to begin! The property is exquisite to say the least. It has everything you could dream of in the way of amenities. We were there for my son’s out of town wedding. We hosted a cocktail party at this property for guests that had to travel. It was a tremendous hit! We created a 10ft charcuterie board on the dining room table and offered Tennessee Cider and Moonshine tastings on the phenomenal large bar. Bethany, thank you! Your place will hold special memories for us. A must stay! 5 stars!

We absolutely loved this place. We are in Kingsport 2x a year and will stay here every time. It has everything you need and we loved the layout and decor. There are stairs to enter so make sure that won’t be an issue for anyone in your party. Highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved this perfect getaway! It was beautiful, clean, and was furnished beautifully. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen in any place I've ever stayed. The beds were very comfortable. They did not leave anything to be desired in this beautiful place.

Beds were beyond comfortable for all of us! Lots of kitchen appliances that were top notch, plenty of cooking supplies. Perfect outdoor space to boot! What a wonderful place to celebrate my son's birthday. You will not be disappointed!

Family Graduation Celebration

PERFECT location for celebrating our son's graduation from King University. Bethany was so helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this to others. Walking distance to all the shops and everything on State Street.

Tennessee Christmas

I drove in from SC to a seamless check in. My family met me at the loft and had no trouble finding the location. My grandson is 2 and loved the open floor plan. From 2 to 50 we all enjoyed our time together in this beautiful loft.

The finishes and the decorations in this restored loft are beyond fabulous! It is very high-end. It’s a great value for the space and number of beds. Our extended family of 10 fit perfectly for a long wedding weekend. We loved the proximity to Blackbird Bakery and the Bristol Train Station. Just a warning for anyone staying with young children, it can get quite loud at night, depending on activities at surrounding bars, restaurants, or even parties downstairs. We made sure to use sound machines at night, and the kids just had to cut a movie short on the deck one night. The outdoor space is amazing and would be great for entertaining. We had trouble with the door lock and the water heater upon arrival, but the host walked us through it very quickly. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and stay here again. It would even be worth renting out for the night just to host a nice gathering or dinner. Even with the downtown environment, it felt like a very safe place to stay.

Great place for annual guys football trip

This Bristol VRBO loft was an excellent place for my husband & his 7 buddies to stay for their annual Clemson football road trip. It was easy drive to Blacksburg after touring around Bristol. Checked out nearby (walking distance) Country Music Museum. The loft itself was great location near downtown & had super amenities. Everything was practically new & layout was great. I wish we had stayed another night & taken in the John Crist show right next door. His tour bus actually parked right under our porch- which also was awesome. Highly recommend this luxury loft! It’s definitely as advertised

We had a marvelous stay! The home is just beautiful!! A gorgeous blend of modern and rustic. Furnishings are comfortable and inviting. The leather sectional is huge and comfy - perfect for a lazy day of watching movies or college football - or BOTH! 2 huge TVs in the living area allowed me to watch a movie while husband watched football! The kitchen is an absolute dream! We cooked a full breakfast one morning and found every pan, utensil, etc. one could possibly need. Dishware and flatware are plentiful. Beds and bedding are very comfortable. The abundance of bed pillows was greatly appreciated! Large TVs in every bedroom. Bathrooms are large, well appointed, and just wait until you step into one of the huge, beautiful showers! Gorgeous tile work and a variety of shower heads from which to choose! So spa-like! But I think our favorite feature was the huge balcony. There is an abundance of comfortable outdoor seating and an incredible fire pit for those cool evenings. Another huge TV outside makes the balcony a great bonus area for entertaining or just hanging out. Location is equally great, as you are literally steps from the Paramount Theater, shopping and dining. You're just a quick car ride from grocery stores, shopping, and other attractions, like Hard Rock Casino, if you feel lucky! Owner Bethany was SO great to work with! She was quick to repond to any message and is a phone call away if you need anything (but you won't!). STELLAR property and our new go-to in Bristol!

What an amazing 4 bedroom apartment in downtown Bristol! It fit all of our needs and then some. The space has wonderfully decorated rooms and I loved all the thoughtful and sometimes humorous touches throughout the property. Bistro on 6th Restaurant is right across the parking, and in just a few steps, you are on State Street. The communication with the Hosts was top notch and we will definitely stay again!
